Mass Tempest solution?

Is there any Terran that have found a solution to mass Tempest? I am talking about when both players are on 3+ bases.

I have tried Thors, Vikings and Widow mines but so far nothing seems to work.

Link to a vod, a replay or something would be appreciated.

Or is this a situation where we just have to wait for Blizzard to take action?

I have watched Maru, INno, TYTY (put your name) every single stream since december and no one from them do not want to play a lategame scenario against protoss. you can always try the good ol nuke... No i'm kidding uh vikings are honestly the best answer but you'll want to add ravens in just to disable/aam some of them. At the current moment the tempest is pretty powerful so we just gotta wait until a better solution comes around or a change happens to Terran or Protoss.

@MockHamill You should check out Root_SuperNova stream. About 90% of the time he will mech vs all three races including Protoss. Here are some quick highlights. I know I've seen some very good examples of Mass BC vs Mass Tempest if you look; he'll win about 50% of the time (but that is better than my 0%). I find that he is successful in sending small clumps (maybe 3-4) BC's to pick off expansion when he is trying to max out. When it comes down to the final battle he will TP half of his BC's behind the kiting Tempest then sandwich them with the other half; so he does NOT jump all of them at once. Look around the 24 minute mark on the fist VOD.

I will say SN is an expert at using BC - especially versus Protoss. That is his bread and butter for a long time and does not like MMM. For the average player, even up to low GM, I find the Tempest too strong in its current state and the skill cap to dealing with them is a lot higher than simply massing them. Good luck!
