How about guilds in other continents?

Yeah my friend who works nights just raid in a guild 4 hrs ahead of him timezone wise. He actually gets up, raids, goes to work after.

30+ split runs to funnel residuum into specific characters is wild. I hope they'll change that pretty quickly to be more like justice/valor points which roll over and reset on each tier and aren't tradeable or game-able for future raids so that there isn't as much of an advantage to be gained by having an army of people donating their progression to you!

Lets be honest, if you aren't in the WF race this is basically non-existent. The only 2 guilds I know doing this so prevalent is Method and Limit. Changing the entire system because of them is not something Blizzard cares about (and has said so as well).

Much like the transferring for item thing the only people who find it worthy to complain about are usually the ones who never actually set foot into a raid, it doesnt even bother anyone else lmao

Still wearing fairly mediocre Azerite though. I crafted the 415 eng helm which is mid tier, and my shoulders are still one of the worst 385s you can get. Coined champion + jadefire on heroic and mythic tonight for my bis azerite, but I had no luck

Yeah I got basically nothing from M+ also lol. I got a 400 conch and that was it (in 10 keys rip).
We full cleared heroic tonight in ~2hr30 and then went to mythic with our last half hour so we didn't get far. I did get 1 azerite out of heroic so it wasn't all too shabby. Sitting at 396 and we will go back to grong thursday (hopefully kill him + jadefire at least).

i got 400 helm from pvp chest which was ok and 3 other 400+ from m+ today. including weapon so that was nice. 394 ilvl. will buy a 415 chest next week and hopefully be ok for azerite. neck only 38 tho and farming azerite sucks. only raid pretty casually with rl friends, mostly m+ and arena.

lol
+ Show Spoiler +Did they become so specialized that only one guy reads mechanics and rest of them don't?!

I dont believe for 1 second that 20 raiders spend 7+ hours on a boss and no one read the debuff, dungeon journal nor noticed their damage numbers being near 0.
Just deflecting away from (probably) losing the race.

Yeah, I dont believe that at all either There is no reason if every tom dick and harry knows that its more sense to keep doing the bots till the end regardless of how low it is. If nothing else its a less drain on the raid to send them there and just leave them in there.

Josh is one of the biggest trolls in the WoW community. You can even tell by the way he told that story it was completely troll (at least imo).
In other news, Mythic Opulence is fucking annoying as shit. People dying to the flame circle thing on every pull

Killed it yesterday, honestly Lightning side is so much more difficult than fire side. You can avoid all the damage of the fire whirlwind, but the lightning debuff dropping the orbs do so much damage, it's crazy. I had a hell of a time healing that side.

so can mythic BoD be considered a massive failure with 25 guilds being 8/9M already?
with method's best pull being 11.9%, assuming it doesn't fall this week it's pretty much guaranteed for limit to get world first after reclearing for gear
|
The balance between the first 8 and the last might have been a bit off yes tho I can't remember how many guilds we usually have on the final boss after a week in previous tiers.
And that 11.9% looks better then its actually is tbh. Its more like another 28% (30% down to 5%) with a stacking damage debuff that is already unmanageable. I expect it to die next reset but not easily. Same deal as the final phase of Ghuun, but worse.

I wouldnt call it a failure at all. Its going at about the same rate as it has been in Legion and Uldir with the notable exception of Tomb.
It also feels like alot of guilds have been going a bit harder since this whole streaming thing started.
Also as Gorsameth indicated that 11.9 is a bit flattering. They arent as close as it looks because they are using a very all inish method that requires them to get a bit lucky with certain spawns in the last phase which they cant really control with the gear they have at the moment.
It also really helps that Pieces who imo had the best tactic for the bridge phase pretty much shared their tactic in a video right away which might have accelerated the rate at which other guilds who were in a position to copy them successfully got Stormwall pretty quick with 2 weeks worth of splits gear.
