There was a hotfix allowing people to hand in the kirin tor emissary quest without doing any quests 'cause of unintentional behaviors in the quest spawning

i've done over dozens of cos runs as well, and not once have i been asked to use spectral sight to find the spy. literally 99% of the time we split, talk to npc's to find clues and figure it out ourselves, because it is very inefficient to do the spectral sight method in m+
