That Broncos Ravens game was entertaining despite being so shitty. I can't remember a game with two respectable teams that was such a fantasy wasteland. In my league the Broncos kicker had more fantasy points than Peyton, Flacco, Anderson, DT and Forsett combined.

The Rams remind me of the Niners and Hawks before they got good. Very good D that would be top 10 if the offense didn't leave them on the field all day, decent enough OL, and they have Mason and Gurley, at least one of which is going to be a very good back. The Rams have played their division close for the last 2-3 years, including when the Hawks and Niners were at their peak. They're a dark horse team. I would not be particularly surprised to see the Rams make the playoffs as a WC, so I don't think there's much shame in losing to them, esp in a close game. For the Niners to not finish last, they not only need to play way above their talent level, but they also need the rest of their division to collapse. The Hawks, Rams, and Cards are all good enough to make the playoffs. Unless Hyde has a season similar to Gore's 1600 year, I think the Niners will struggle for 6 wins. I also definitely disagree about the Rams and Cards being more well rounded. Despite the victory, the Rams still do not have an established offense. Foles might pan out but he's not good enough, nor are their recievers good enough, that I'd go calling them well rounded. The Cards are much more well rounded, but they lacked a reliable running game before Ellington blew up his knee.

Their issue is impending cap doom since their formerly good cheap players are now becoming good expensive players. But until they reach that point where they have to jettison the next guy that's due a payday it's not here yet. And by all indications, it's not becoming a point of contention between players/Carroll.
