I'd like to announce today the second edition of the German King of the Hill Showmatch Series. In the First edition, Cryoc was able to overthrow the german Protoss MasterRey as reigning Champion and is now eager to defend his title.
For the second edition, Cryoc will be facing TeH in Bo5 Format for fame and glory and the title of Germany's finest Broodwar Player.
So, without any further ado, here are the quick facts, your fine folks might want to know:
When: Friday, the 14th of March, 19 CET
Format: Best of five, the mappool is the following: Fighting Spirit, [Circuit Breaker], [Neo Electric Circuit], Sniper Ridge, Tau Cross, Jade, Overwatch. Maps in Brackets have been already vetoed by one of the players, thusly the remaining five maps will be played
Casters: This event will be cast by the MasterRey, particpant of the first KotH edition and Highfish[BoB], a german terran user known for his entertaining and laid back style when it comes to casting. The event will be casted in english.
Prize: Fame and Glory to the King of german Gamers!
Next Event: If everything goes well, we will host the third edition of the KotH as planned in April with a new Challenger and a new epic Best of five Series. German players who wish to challenge the king can still do so here:
The event will be casted in english language to target a broader audience. However, this is not final as the decision is made by the casters. If they dont feel comfortable casting in a foreign language, thats fine with me. If i am wrong about this, additional information will be posted here.

watch the games then. But yeah, if you think about who is playing actively nowadays and who is in the top 20 of german iccup players, playing B-/B as german terran is actually pretty high up the curve.
