Long story short there's no proof on the Russian site and a lot of people there are treating this with skepticism, asking the guy to go and ask the mom/parents if he knows where they live (as he says he does).

Yeah but those are the people that you wish weren't part of the community. Which means that you would probably rather him die than some random person who wasn't even part of the community. And honestly, he did show some respect. If I found out that some guy who hacked against me died, I would probably laugh and call it karma. User was temp banned for this post.

Just pathetic dude. Why are people like you even in this community. A death is a death, and should be respected no matter what. RIP Deadman

I think you're forgetting to mourn over the other 200,000 deaths that happened just today. What's actually pathetic is how people like you act like they care about every single death in the world as if it actually meant something to them, when all they do is sit on their lazy asses looking at forums. Shit, I doubt you've spent more than an hour even thinking about all of the others who have died since you've been born. This guy hasn't even been relevant to the scene in ages, but suddenly, he's worth grieving deeply over. And I don't actually think it's a good thing for people to die, even if they are hackers. I don't think it's a good thing for people to die even if they are murderers. But I'm sure as hell not going to shed a tear when one individual who happened to be good at WC3 for some period of time dies/died. Also, without a clear translated source, we don't actually know if this guy is even dead. We're just going off of the words of some forum user and German/Russian articles. It wouldn't even surprise me if this was just some troll, since his nick is "Deadman"...

Do you realize how big the difference in severity is? That's like if someone got caught stealing a pack of gum from the store and then received the death penalty. The punishment far outweighs the crime. To say that someone should die because they hacked in a video game almost 10 years ago is just... I can't even wrap my head around how incredibly fucking stupid you are.

German source says, that his mother investigated because the russian police didn't give a fuck. She then found a pic of a supposed 35 year old which looked like him, supposedly killed by some gang or something. So she thinks he's dead. Others said in the comments that he had some drug problems back when playing Wc3 already, so maybe he got in trouble through that.

The people who are posting in here actually DO care, and I don't see anything wrong with that. They have their opinion, you have yours, if you're not gonna show some damn respect, then get out.

The fact Apm70 got responses like this makes makes me wonder how TL would react if CombatEX were suddenly found dead one day, He's certainly more fresh in the forum's minds as a stream cheater and overall prolific troll. It's still a shitty thing, trashing somebody in their obituary thread.
