managed to go 10-3 tryharding a bit but getting teamed with a 1v5er lion (how they can play 150 games and still be so fundementally feeder t.t) and then vs a 0 min rosh stack who then instantly took 2 towers coz our trilane didnt move from their empty lane (LOL), then a standard dp rape , im like 10-6 now at 2650 . still, at this rate im hopeful, especially since i only 2stack. as long as no1 figures out how to get captain as fast as i do...!

btw is there any tip to counter dp? i think someone said "keep her down early". does silencer stop her ulti, or maybe omni, or any other trick?

No, Silencer does not stop her ulti. Best "trick" I can offer is that when she ulti's, it's like when the whole other team pops their bkb's. Run.
You can re-engage when it's over.

you sort of have to calculate if you can burst her down in the next few seconds or not. if you can, then do it and it's a win. otherwise any engagement is going to be really really bad.
it's why good dp's will buy euls first tho. so if she has that you might as well just gtfo.

She is quite susceptible to ganks due to her low starting MS, and lack of escape abilities. So early ganks tend to do well agaisnt her.
Later in the game it's all about decision making, it's vital to react properly and cohesively vs. her ulti. This means backing off when it's up (if possible), or focusing her down quickly. In addition you should try to fight when her ult is on cd.
In terms of strong lane options you could try out TA, since refraction can't be removed easily, and it let's you lasthit quite well vs. her.

She needs items to not be squishy. Just focus her and she dies really easily, she doesn't usually build bkb either so just stun/silence her and kill her. There is no need to counter-pick her with those heroes, if she is hard to take down then she's already snowballing out of control.

Seriously im having a winratio of 1:2 in ranked , dunno but im getting teammates that are terrible or trolling. I'm trying hard to play properly every game but there is 1-2 players in your team thats just makes you quit dota instantly.
Yesterday had a muted alchemist that went bots into radiance and just pve farm into feeding whole game, today i get a game and from start the guy says he will feed as much as he can, hes playing lina and bought a naked shadow blade then sold it got a mek , sold the mek and got shadowblade .... we were winning but cmon i thought this is ranked but ppl are trolling :S

I from the noob division and in there I have found that her movemenspeed with euls is to hard to handle. Without euls shes not that scary. If u tackle her movementspeed then its doable, a bit like razor. So slows, stuns could also make meracles happen If u dont have any slows get a rod of mentos. Large range is good for not getting too close and the slow is pretty long so everybody can flee or reposition themselves with ease.

Another really reliable way to deal with DP is to ratdota (aka never actually fight. Push sidelanes with AM / Furion / Meepo). But then you need heroes that are good at it.

2542 after a 2-8 qualifying run. In my defense, the games I lost ended up with the other team being like 13-1 at 10 minutes because of feeders. I really need to play more with people i know =(
EDIT: I'm actually not as bummed as I thought I'd be knowing how shitty I actually am and seeing it in number for. I do, however, feel motivated to get better. Something SC2 never really gave me. I dunno why.
