Yanukovich or whoever else. Police forces should have no remorse now, when there are only nazis roaming and trashing the streets.

The only people who are trashing streets (or trying to) are titushki thugs hired by the government during last few months. There are no credible reports of violence or robbery conducted by opposition militants.

Then they should be cracked down on too, that simple.

Are you seriously suggesting anyone would want to live in a country run by Banderovci? It's not the people in east Ukraine's fault Ukraine had a weak leader who made concession after concession to a bunch of idiots who don't even control the riots. Right now self defense forces are being set up in Odessa, Sevastopol and other cities so they can protect themselves from the ethnic cleansing that comes next if Yanukovych falls, and they have every right to do so.

According to danish media the Maidan Square is filled with people... Again. While many are families and peaceful people there are still people constantly running around and banging shields. When asked why they are there, they answer that they will keep fighting untill they or Janukovitj die.

Many of the rest are not satisfied with the peace-deal. Most want Januchowitch to step down immediately, some find the time for next election to be far too far in the future and some want Yanokuvich on trial. In the end, there seems to be enough dissatisfaction for new fights to break out if provoked.

And from Kharkiv a resolution has been signed:

The deputies have criticized the decision adopted by the Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) in the last few days, saying they are raising doubts about its legitimacy.

The gathering says the legislative acts may have been passed involuntary and are neither legitimate nor lawful.

The resent decisions of the national parliament were taken in conditions “of terror, threats of violence and death,” the resolution says.

Meanwhile, citizens are encouraged to form local militias to protect public order. Local authorities are to fund and support those militias.

source

That last part is worrying on so many levels. Public funding for local militias is a very radical move. Defending is hardly a reason unless you are getting attacked and denounsing national legislation is not going to make the funding less suspicious. When that is said other, less biased, sources report that it is a small group wanting to fund militias and the talks held several indications that they wanted a peaceful and united Ukraine.

Wow.

That resolution is scary. It is obv made by opponents of the Maidan movement by the first 3 lines so those "local militia" arnt meant to defend against general aggression and seem like an excuse to arm the government supports to fight the opposition.

As for people still protesting, I dont blame them. If Yanokuvich follows the deal they will be in place for another 2 weeks orso as the deadlines are being met doing peaceful protests.
If he does break the deadlines.. well we're just back to square one.

Looks like Russia is gearing up for intervention. At least propaganda has started to lay the groundwork for it.

There is so much going on in Ukraine currently that I have no idea where to start.

Yesterday yanukovich fled from his residence in Mezhyhirya, his current location is unknown, though there are multiple conflicting trails. What is more important, that residence was left unguarded and empty, literally. And in it, activists and press were able to find incredible amount of documents that prove corruption in all parts and echelons of Ukrainian government. Apparently yanukovich and his assistants and guard were fleeing so hastily that they didn't destroy all evidences.

There are too much things being reported so I can't translate them all. You should follow http://espreso.tv/news if you can understand Ukrainian. Or maybe you can try using google translate, but I don't know how effective it would be.
Those who know Russian can follow http://tvi.ua/news (there is an option to switch language to ru) but this site is slower with news and it posts less info, at least at the moment.
There are other sites, including those in Russian language but I can't think of a good one atm.

Locals news say that Yanukovich has just resigned. Congratulations once again!

Not yet. This is just a rumour for now. There is an incredible amount of, sometimes conflicting, information appearing at news sites atm.

Edit: Or http://www.pravda.com.ua/ as another news site, language can be changed to ru as well.

Limited airstrikes, no boots on the ground, cite humanitarian reasons. They don't even need to declare war, the UN already says this is legal.

Huge day in Ukraine. There is so much going on this is mindblowing. There are reports from a number of sources that Yanukovich has resigned or is ready to resign shortly.
Edit: ok, that's not true. Yanukovich denied that.

The federalisation movement in Kharkiv has been met by a huge local Euromaidan crowd, probably the biggest Kharkiv has seen ever. New Parliament Speaker was elected + new Minister of Internal Affairs Avakov, Zaharchenko is probably in Belarus now. Head of Prosecution, Pshonka, was fired.

See why u're insane?
He has a very good reason to be angry/mad. What you just said is a pile of bullshit that anyone who was at Maidan can disprove. What's worse, it's an old bullshit. Do you remember "Orange revolution"? The very same lies were also spread during it, but there was exactly zero proofs to back it up.
The same story is repeating now, and just like then it is nothing more than a silly scarecrow for those who don't know what is actually happening in Kiev and can't personally meat people who are standing at Maidan.

Ofc I've got more reasons to belive ur words instead of words of my friend living in Kiev, and that happened to her 62 years old neighbour...Stop it

The "separatist" meeting has concluded. Nothing important was said about the actual "separation" movement or plans in that direction. Donetsk Oblast Governor made a statement that separatist movements in Ukraine are unacceptable.

Why do you call them separatists when they clearly sad that they do not seek separation?

SBU, MVD (police + Berkut and other special units) and the army all claimed they are with the people and would not use force against them. MVD stated they would work with Euromaidan activists together to keep up the order. In return Euromaidan officials urged the people to keep from any damage to any governmental buildings, those belong to the people of Ukraine now.

Yanukovich claimed there is a coup d'etat going on and refused to sigh any Parliament law. He is currently trying to contact EU MFAs who were helping negotiate the deal with the opposition. His current location is unknown. Yesterday after the deal was signed Euromaidan refused to keep Yanukovich in power until the next elections. There are numerous reports while the negotiations were going on Yanukovich numerous times threatened with martial laws to be implemented and drown the revolution in blood, including it's leaders and the opposition.
