Yuri Vorobyov, Ms Matviyenko's deputy, said during a debate broadcast live by Russian state TV that US President Obama had "crossed a red line" and "insulted" the people of Russia. "I think it is necessary to demand that the Russian president recall the Russian ambassador from the United States of America," he said.

Theres plenty more floating around reputable news sites (though pro-russian mouthpieces might argue that they are all western biased sources and only their RT and photoshopped pictures and out of date you tube videos can be trusted). When well coordinated soldiers, speaking Russian have full military control over the majority of Crimea, I don't know why certain people are denying that there are substantial amounts of Russian troops moving into Ukraine.

It's important because if you agree that the mentioned areas do not support the current situation in Kiev, many talks related to military intervention will be related to Putin only and not Russians.

Oh no. You are a wholly independent thinking man who really hates Putin yet also maintains the party line because...fascists are everywhere.

Typical Zeo. Image. No link. No context. (I don't read Polish but, it looks like a harmless and private facebook joke to me.) But yeah Zeo, this is all a western conspiracy to divide up Ukraine as a Polish controlled colony! Next you'll say, "but USA!" What is up with these pro russian mouthpeices? They are giving other Russians a really bad name. So far we've had a deluge of multiple videos dated a year before Euromaiden, as "proof" of "fascist groups", whilst a video dated yesterday with ukrainian speakers in it is "unreliable". Oh and a totally accurately delineated map, albeit with Slovakia wrongly labelled Czechoslovakia, and in any case a very common mistake, is evidence of cold war mentality among western conspirators, never mind that Slovakia was seperated after the breakup of Yogoslavia and they were delineated correctly labelled. So it's obviously a hurried put together news (source unknown, probably zeo again) to reflect military or political view point or whatever (lack of contect, probably zeo again.) Or the Go0g3n fellow, who denouced an image as fake and a simulation when in fact it was not, and then posted a link that directly contradicted him in an attempt to bluff his deceit. Is there really no rules against repeatedly posting false images and passing them off as real photos, or outright lying?

Get off your high horse, everything you just said has absolutely no substance and proves nothing, except of course that the personal attacks against me are getting sadder and sadder

It doesn't need a prove-link or something as this painted image is not an official statement. Where blue part is Hungary, red - Poland, pink - Romania, black - Russia, white is a Polish colony. It's creativity of some social network and not users here.

Latvia+Lithuania have invoked NATO art. 4 in response to #crimea NATO now obliged to hold emerg council meeting. Only 4th time in history Least surprising move ever. Surprised Estonian bros didnt get on in this but since they are the ones who are directly touching Russian territory I guess they want to be to aggresive.

Sarah Palin feels vindicated as she posts on Facebook. Yes, I could see this one from Alaska. I’m usually not one to Told-Ya-So, but I did, despite my accurate prediction being derided as “an extremely far-fetched scenario” by the “high-brow” Foreign Policy magazine. Here’s what this “stupid” “insipid woman” predicted back in 2008: “After the Russian Army invaded the nation of Georgia, Senator Obama’s reaction was one of indecision and moral equivalence, the kind of response that would only encourage Russia’s Putin to invade Ukraine next.”
