What the hell does no agreeing with Israel's policy and what the IDF does has to do with hating Jews?

Didn't you know? Scolding Israeli policy is equivalent to being hitler and wanting concentration camps, you HAVE to be anti-semitic to even think poorly of Israel. It's like the nation that cries wolf, forever, and soaks up the support.

Equating a dislike of Israel's military and government with antisemitism is just straight up wrong.
edit: removed some nonsense from my post
28% are saying the support a organization who praises and practices eliminatory antisemitism and keeps its own people as hostages. and you dont let me call these 28% what they really are?

And that statement is straight up wrong also, as the poll didn't ask if people supported Hamas, but Palestine. Yes, Hamas was the democratically selected party, but that doesn't mean that people can't believe that the civilians in Palestine have a rawer deal then the citizens of Israel.

28% are praising the Hamas? Mind shooting up that statistic for me, because most of that "28%" are not praising what Hamas are doing, they're just not brushing aside the times when the IDF did equivalent things, like using children as human shields and white phosphorous on hospitals. If that's anti-semitism, deck me out with as much anti-semetic content as possible because I have no issue not supporting the practice of breaking international war laws such as the geneva convention and using White Phosphorous on crowded areas, especially hospitals.
You wonder why the Hamas is so regularly supported, when hundreds of your civilians are being killed/taken prisoner/relocated it seems like anyone wanting to destroy/remove said effect would be highly recommended.

When you claim that what ignorant person posts represents everyone you make yourself just as foolish as him. No one else is posting it and its clear thats not what we think. You know better then this also, yet you have no qualms using his foolishness to make you seem more "correct".

From most of the posts I've seen in this thread and from news outlets and politicians is that a comment against Israel is an antisemetic comment, no matter the case.

In that case you have should have your eyesight checked, other then maybe 2 people u have not seen it in this thread nor have i seen it by the vast majority of politicians. But, im sure you will be professional and point that massive amount of posts in this thread by different people that imply a person is anti-Semitic if he dosnt support Israel.

hamas are the combatants in this conflict. so the poll really asks wheter you support israel or the hamas.
also. just because participated in an election, it doesnt make them a democratic party all of a sudden. yes they won the election, but in summer of 2007 they took the power by violence and slaughtered members of the Fatah to establish their islamistic regime. those palesinians who seek for peaceful coexistence between israel and palestine have deserved better than this.

I should rephrase my statement, most people in this thread infer that the crimes done by Israel are not equated by those of Hamas and Hamas are more in the wrong and then Israel. Then when someone counters it's the usual "child shield" rhetoric. From media though I stand by what I said, the general consensus is (if you watch it) that you're against jews if you're critical of Israel. My apologies for insinuating that the entire thread was full of people claiming anti semetism.

So let me make sure I understand what you're saying here. The poll that specifically uses the words Palestine and Israel, actually meant to use the words Hamas and EVERY JEWISH PERSON EVER? I can see how you'd confuse 28% of people with anti-Semites.

To those who asked before why attack the media offices, here is the reply
The Israeli military said the attacks were pinpoint strikes on Hamas communication devices located on the buildings' roofs, and accused the Islamist group of using reporters as human shields to try and protect their operations.... "Hamas took a civilian building and used it for its own needs. So the journalists ... were serving as human shields for Hamas," she said. The military added that in order to avoid worse casualties, it had refrained from firing at an Hamas operations room which it said was located inside one of the buildings.

How about we stop linking these videos where everyone is trying to prove whos right and whos wrong.
I can tell you what I would do if someone fired rockets, non-stop, into the major population centers of my country. personally, I think Israel's taken a pretty low-key response to the whole thing. America stomp-smashed Imperial Japan for half of what happens to Israel.

Don't mistake peaceniks for anti-Semites. These are the same people who complain about US using the atomic bomb or carpet bombing cities during World War II. They don't hate Jews. They just are clueless about warfare and modern armed conflict.

No it doesn't. The poll isn't about which combatants you prefer, and the fact that the poll option states "Palestine" not "Hamas" should of been a clue in itself.

Palestine is a victim to a lot of conditions that Israel is at least partly responsible for. These conditions of seclusion and poverty and demolished infrastructure make a perfect breeding-ground of antisemitic propaganda.
A lot of Palestinians are no doubt very antisemitic, unfairly so. That's because they're lied to and propagandized (something I'm not sure Israel is exactly innocent of). It doesn't make them undeserving of my support.
28% of TL does not support Hamas - and thus did not at all deserve you're labeling of them as "antisemitic". I'm not sure even 1% of TL supports Hamas. I voted "neither" myself, but I think it's obvious those who voted "Palestine" did so in support of seeing Israel's counter-aggression recede, knowing that the last time this happened, a lot of civilian, non-militant Palestinians died.
If you want antisemitism to be properly scorned, then for your own benefit, label it on those who actually deserve it. We, in America, have a problem with racism, and part of the problem with our racism is it's been exaggerated at times. These unfortunate exaggerations give real racists something to hide behind. Imaginary problems tarnish the real problems.
