If a sponsor encounters him as first person in esports that will be their last as well.

Unless the prior entity files for bankruptcy, he must use retained earnings to pay them down, just like any other business. retained earnings generated by net profits that are generated by sponsorship revenue. It should make no difference to the sponsor how the money is used, since (I assume) they pay that money for exposure and plugs that the team provides. Having just watched Djokovic beat Del Potro, I guess I would compare it to Chase (the US Open sponsor) dictating to the apt that their payment goes to one thing and not another. No... Chase pays for that sign on the wall, which they got. US Open can use that money on staff, promos, utilities, paying down liabilities, etc. I'm not sure why everyone here seems to have a problem with that. I'm with you on this one. A sponsor will almost definitely have some requirements in the contract, but once those are met, it's up to the team to decide where the rest of the money should go. Most e-sports teams put that money into growing their team, but that isn't absolutely mandatory. If the team wants to pay the management a salary or pay off debts from old mistakes, then that's their right. Having said that, everything this guy says seems to be BS. Best case scenario is that he's some dumb kid that thought he would start up an awesome esports team. So he promised good players money and then hoped their results would get him a big sponsorship deal to actually pay what he promised. The sponsorships never came through (it takes hard work!) and thus he never paid anyone back. Worst case scenario is that he promises stuff with no intention of ever paying. He still tries to get sponsorships and then keeps that money for himself and never pays even when he gets money in.

At this point there are far too many incidents involving you, and too many people claiming to be mislead, lied to and scammed. It's common knowledge you've been extremely shady, regardless if it was 100% your fault or not, you were involved and everything points back to you and your actions. Here are some questions that will get you started into showing some real transparency: 1. Who is Blight Gaming You seem to be only person operating Blight Gaming - your name is on everything, yet you keep referring to 'we'. You want to show transparency? Let us know all the non-players are working for the team - names/tags/positions. Who is in charge of what? Also include names for the 'restructure' you refer to in your apology: "We have added more Employee's ranging from EU managing director, Social media Marketer, Organizational Development Consultant, Talent Scouter, Content managers". 2. Where are your funds coming from After spending nearly 70k out of pocket - where exactly did your money come from in the past, and where is it coming from now? Don't give a broad reponse! 3. Who is currently sponsoring Blight Gaming and to what extent Name your sponsors and the depth of their commital to the team. Yes, we can understand some information can't be revealed regarding sponsor deals, but give us a good idea of what is happening here. 4. What is the entire extent of your player roster Name all the players on the Blight roster & which game they are involved in. No walk-ins - actually playing under the Blight tag. Are these players getting paid? 5. How can you guarantee sincerity in the future? Contracts are good and all, but we all know how flimsy gaming contracts can be. What are you going to do to guarantee teams & players that you will follow through with your promises in future. Will you pay upfront? ------------------------------------- If you can answer these questions with some truth instead of dodging, shifting blame, shrouding your answers, been vague - you might actually gain some ground with people.

Also hilariously ironic his team is called 'Blight' because, well.... That's what he is. A blight on the scene. Fuck off Blackfoger.

I sincerely hope all of this works out for Crane; I'm not exactly eager to trust Blight, and I sure as heck hope he knows what he's getting into.

A financial mistake and scams/fraud/wrong reportings are completely different. It would be like bankers in the US saying they're totally fine and can pay everything and then magically over the course of time slowly revealing they don't have anything and are in major debt. Then, amazingly enough, after not telling the truth to everyone they're like "yo, wanna help me out here government? I know I scammed a bunch of people and gambled with money I had but when it comes to my own livelyhood it's not like you'll make ME pay that money back, right?" But that's totally definitely never happened. >.>....

Hes screwed and scammed way too many people and is an absolute pathological liar, totally untrustworthy. Maybe it's understandable cause it seems like we are just flaming him and you don't even know anything about him, but he has a LONG LONG history of scams, lies and deceit. And every time he covers up with vague excuses and outright lies. Don't trust anything this guy says *ever*. This guy literally can't help but lie

In fact, I bet IF you can ONLY have current (at least 3 months with you) and past players come on this thread and post to vouch for you, you will be able to repair this mess you have gotten yourself into. How about it community? Would that help him redeem himself?

This guy literally can't help but lie This seems quite likely, I wouldn't really be surprised if he doesn't even realise that what he's been doing all these years is wrong. Maybe blackfoger just compulsively fucks people over and doesn't realise what he's done. I mean he doesn't even try to change his handle or change the name of his organisation, he just repeats the same pattern over and over again, with the same lies and bullshit excuses why he fucked over the last people he made promises to, and then returning back for more. I'm not even sure if calling Blight gaming a scam is accurate, at least it doesn't seem to cover the whole story.

Someone that have been scamming people for money is not trustworthy at all. When something gets to personal you have crossed the line.

Maybe he's just a crazed optimist. He should remember that the only thing harder to get out of an investor than a yes, is a no. Maybe's mean nothing.

His replies in this thread and his "article" trying to explain him fucking people over reek of bullshit and he hasn't actually explained anything, just made excuses. I for one will make it a point to follow everything he does so I can contact any sponsors he gets and any players he scams into signing and tell them exactly what he's done in the past.

How many people work for Blight? We employee over a 30 full time people, We are an equal opportunity employer we don’t discriminate race or creed. We hire new employee’s all the time so please apply if you think you have a skill set that can be added to blight. Apply at TeamBlight@gmail.com Do you have Intern position? Blight hires workers all the time for unpaid intern positions that may lead to full time paid positions. Please feel free to email us if you want to help with our organization. Not even going to touch the fact that there are so many grammar issues it hurts my eyes... He employs 30 people yet he is writing his own articles and quoting himself in them? Internships can lead to full-time paid positions in his organization? All the while owing countless people 4 figure sums each? Living in a dream world much? Embellishing facts to a ridiculous extent? Follow an outlandish dream rather than pay back his own debts? Yeah... this guy deserves a 15th chance in the eSports industry [exaggeration].
