Does not being able to move the mothership core from nexus to nexus mean that we can only build one? or that each nexus can have one on there?

Yeah thats another thing thats wrong with that unit. It ULTRA hardcounters some units without any micro involved...its not even funny.

I am fine with countering Stalkers, I am not fine with the stat of the unit for its cost. I don't know if you have played the HOTS custom map made by Xenox with exactly same stats for every unit, Warhounds completely demolished everything. Even against the Zerg, where they aren't supposed to counter any units, they are really great. People were doing timing pushes with them and Marines on one base, and the only thing Protoss did to stop it from entering their base is forcefield the ramp, while Zerg couldn't even do that.

Immortal also ultra hard counters any mech units (also roaches, while sitting behind FF), warhound has basicly the same function as Immortal. And he doesn't get imba shield thing. So, whats the problem? Why whinning before the release? What if they make stargate tech viable, and it will be super easy to counter that with voidrays and tempests? You can't be sure about changes in HotS so please wait.

But can you use blink to dodge the haywire missile and if so is it even worthwhile in a battle?

What the hell, it is supposed to counter stalkers, stop finding way to kill warhounds with stalkers. You make chargelots instead. Every single bio unit is viable against warhounds... Immortal zealot will probably not totally crush the mech army, but make equal battles with warhounds in. Anyway, I agree that it is terribly designed unit.

You probably can, since they are usual missiles, but you would need really good reaction, since they are quite fast, and the problem is that Haywire missiles have lower cooldown than Blink. :/

Siege tanks are the worst possible thing to have against protoss after early allins like 1/1/1. EVERYTHING with stalkers involved just rapes them. Marauders aren't mech, and the point of putting warhounds in is just to make mech against protoss viable. Makes sense?

I think people need to think outside the box when fighting the warhound and use a cheaper unit. Like the zealot, and add in voidrays or phoenixes, or some immortals. Or break out the golden oldies and forced field those warhounds away from the battle hellions, deal with the transformers and then kill battle tech walkers.

I hope blizzard adds some more difficult campaign settings. When I first started the game, i went through on normal and it was slightly difficult. However, now im sure that I could beat brutal easily and I would love for the campaign to be a real challenge this time. Maybe add 2 more settings, one to challenge plat/diamonds and one to challenge masters.

Seriously, I think dragoons are way cooler as a unit than stalkers. Dragoons look like fearsome, spider-like adversaries. Stalkers look like squid.

The warhound is basically a tank from BW when it comes to stalkers.

They blow them up the same way tanks would goo dragoons. Except, tanks were slow and took time to set up. Warhounds are fast and battle hellions kill the zealots that attack them.

Its pretty crazy. If you put spider mines in front of warhounds, they will be destroy a lot of the toss army that we use nowadays. The maps seem way too narrow in too many places to engage it well.

Based on what I have seen from numbers and videos. Of course I could be completely wrong but damn that warhound is strong against stalkers.
