There are 3 new units and a "difficult" campaign. Attack of new units are based on old units, but can give a little variety for mid and late game in multiplayer.
Campaign maps are good, I suggest you to try them.
Unfortunately this game can be used in multiplayer only if you install the 1.09b patch for Brood War and use hamachi, tunngle, xfire or something like that (or simple network, but not with battle.net).
(This game was made in 2001, a balance patch released in 2008, since then, no support. Developers said there is a starcraft.exe tool which can be used to update the game to the latest Brood War patch, but they dont want to do it, because lack of time.)
