I've watched the esports movement grow from afar with the perspective of my IRL job and experience for a while now. Until issues like this are solved or understood, it stands 0% chance of success getting anywhere. It already is a massive uphill battle as is. A battle I want the community to win. I understand many of the people here are younger or haven't worked or experienced a real world work or consumer environment yet, but these ideas should still be plainly understood by anyone who consumes contemporary media. | ||
