I don't like seeing fouls called at end of games in general, unless its obvious.
edit: looking at it again, the ref on the baseline didn't have the best angle to see LBJ's left arm.

Let the players decide like big boys. KD got away with other fouls. The refs didn't lose you the game! Insert other platitudes.

Rofl is this a joke? The only reason people are crying about this particular shot was because they replayed it 50x over in slow motion. Do that to EVERY OTHER SINGLE SHOT and half of them would have fouls uncalled. People whining about season fouls in the playoffs. Hah IF they were gonna give season fouls on durant's last shot there would have been a foul BEFORE the shot anyway.

I don't see why I would be touchy at all, I wasn't the one who was just proven wrong through evidence. But thats just like, your opinion man. Compare Durants to his first 5 years against LBJ last 5 years. Be interesting to see LBJ first 5 against Durant, show us the stats. just go to basketball-reference.com and look at it http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/j/jamesle01.html http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/d/duranke01.html http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/w/wadedw01.html I think people would be shocked when they see those numbers. Durant isn't exactly at their levels 5 years in but he's damn close. ETA: And he's better than Wade in PPG while close enough in FG% to compare them as scorers 5 years in. LeBron is just a tad better in both. Why are we comparing those stats again...? Look at lebron james first 5 years which are equally as impressive. Now he just has better efficiency.

Yes its the playoffs so what, with so many questionable calls already they miss a obvious one that might have changed the outcome. People are going to be upset and complain about it for the series.

1. The Heat have only outscored the Thunder in the first quarters of both games so far by 7 and 12 respectively. 2. The teams have tied in both second quarters. 3. The Thunder have outscored the Heat in the second halves of both games by 18 and 8 respectively. Despite the fact that they won last night, I'd still be concerned if I were the Heat due to the fact that they've only won two quarters out of the eight. Also, how much longer can Battier keep up his stellar play, and will other role players step up if he can't?

Kind of hard to blame the Heat for not "winning" more quarters as you'd be asking them to blow OKC out at home by double digits in the Finals on the road. That's a pretty tough task ![]() Pffffft please, last night was hardly a "blowout." More like nerves and OKC losing a close game due to bad first quarter they couldn't quite catch up from. LBJ certainly didn't think it was a blowout in the post-game interview. This thing is going to be a war every step of the way. Go Thunder. ![]()

People are going to be upset and complain about it for the series. I think the refs just wanted to have it a little bit tougher in the playoff. There were alot of contacts happened from both ends the entire game but no calls were made and the last play was just one of them. Also Miami has a foul to give in that play so who knows what would have happened.

![]() Apparently Durant, Westbrook and Jaleel White are good friends, and for those who missed this story when it happened, apparently the thunder players arent the only NBA players that have been seen hanging out with Steve Urkel. http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/local/articles/2009/01/01/20090101barkley0101.html

There are bad calls and you have deal with it and live with it, but justifying a bad call like it's some sort of cosmic karma is asinine.
