Chris Bosh is out of the Olympics. It is really unfortunate but understandable, a big loss for Team USA.

None of these guys have played a game in the NBA and everything is all hype over substance at the moment. It's not possible to be certain. But it's not random, I don't feel bad putting my thoughts out there - I'm relatively confident that I've seen enough of the players I comment about. This is the same reason why I will never call out Moe Harkless, Damian Lillard, Evan Fournier, I've never seen them play.

Now we're left with Chandler, Love, Blake, Odom and the Brow as our only true bigs, with Melo and Lebron likely having to spend some time at PF. Considering both Gasols are legitimate Centers with the height and weight that come with it, I'm concerned about having to guard them with a skinny Chandler, an undersized and can't really jump Love, an undersized with short arms Blake, a skinny Odom (who's likely not in top shape), an unproven skinny Davis, and two wing players masquerading as PFs. It'll come down to team defense as always, but it is worrisome.

7:37 — New Orleans takes "The Brow," immediately becoming a title contender from 2015 through 2028. The Brow hugs exactly five people before walking onstage and having this exchange with David Stern … Stern: "Congratulations. Don't ever tell anyone how you really became a Hornet." Davis: "I won't, sir." Stern: "I'm not kidding — nobody can ever know. I'm not proud of everything I did. People make mistakes." Davis: "Got it, you don't have to worry about me."1 Hahaha. Simmons cracks me up sometimes. 7:40 — Speaking of Davis, Heather Cox just asked his parents about his "journey" and all the usual "Can you believe this?" stuff … let's be honest, wouldn't you have rather had a two-minute grilling about the unibrow? Did he always have the brow? Did he have it as a baby? Which side of the family did it come from? Did they ever think of waxing it? At what point did they just accept it? Is there anything else you want to know from Davis's parents except for unibrow-related material? Why are we fighting this? source

I agree with Simmons in that I think it'll come down to USA vs Spain again, and they're going to punish us with the Gasol brothers and Ibaka (how is he playing for Spain again???). Anthony Davis weighs around the same as a small forward or big guard. He would get killed guarding either of the Gasols in the post. He's also never played an NBA game.

Lets the second line be Westbrook/Gordon/Igoudala/Melo/Love which is an offensive punch in the face and tons of dynamic locations to sub.
