Yes you can. http://www.impactguns.com/store/machineguns.html You just have to have a permit and lots of $.

![]() ![]() ![]() I have the AK-74 for home defense, yes a shotgun might be better but at this time, I have an AK instead =P The glock is for carrying. Its a bit bulky but until I can get something better it will have to do. Its a Glock 27 compact, .40 cal I really want any old looking 1911. They look so classic and great! I would mount one on the wall heh. Also looking for a shotgun for home defense/hunting. I would like a better gun for carrying. the .40cal can be a bit bulky at times, and just something a bit lighter/easier to carry would be nice. Lastly, I want to get a .17 HMR for shooting small animals and rodents. I live on a farm and cyotes have attacked my dogs/horses and what not. The AK does the job but its a bit messy during clean up, to say the least. The animal, not the gun that is.

I'm also glad to say getting a gun license in canada is extremely easy, pass a test and go out buying some awesome guns! So far only shot rifles myself, definitly love doing target practice. I'm really intrested in handguns and would love to shot an automatic but i think automatics are hard to get around here. Forgot to add my favourite gun i dont think i've seen here. http://www.fcsa.co.uk/images/model95.jpg 50. Cal barrett, rounds that size just make things explode.

x1 mosin nagant m44 carbine x1 Colt 1911 A .22 rifle and a shotgun I got as gifts. I prefer WW2 guns *guns I plan to own* There is a Luger in the family that will hopefully be mine eventually. I don't really have a "view" on guns. In texas they are nothing out of the ordinary. They've just always been cool to look at and especially ones with some historical value. Never had a bad time going to the shooting range either and the smell of gunpowder is refreshing.

You can own automatic weapons in certain states in the US, it requires a class 3 permit and involves a lot of wandering through gun laws. Owning one of these weapons is not easy, and maintaining the weapon is even more irritating.

![]() to compare the 1, gun the machine gun in this tread is ABSOLUTE illegal in germany u not even are allowed to have it as hunter or whatever automatic weapons are not allowed. also all others are very hard rules for hunters etc and you need to put them in a closed save etc etc normal people dont have guns in this country cause they are not allowed to so for me as german i cant talk about weapons but when i see how many guys killed in usa etc by guns and how less it are in germany (in % so people amount dont care) i am perhaps happy that such things are not allowed in germany so to topic i dont have guns and i am not allowed to anytime soon get ones xD ps: in one of last rules not only every automatic gun is illegal, also shotguns, alot of rifles and even " throwing stars" are illegal now

+ Show Spoiler + ![]() Glock 22 RTF2. I like the surface on the grip because its like sandpaper. Don't like the serrations on the slide, should've stayed with the original serrations. + Show Spoiler + Lee Enfield No.4. I actually replaced the wood furniture with a more modern plastic and with a Tapco 10X scope. Actually hit target 600 yards (550 meters) away with just iron sights. What i Want: + Show Spoiler + ![]() AK-74. A friend of mine picked one up with 3 magazines and 90 rounds for $350. Took it for a test run and it functioned similar to an AR-15. Also ammunition costs like 1080 rounds for a little less than $150.

![]() When, after the service, i was in a train with some military officer, i told him this thing looked like it came out of a vietnam war movie, like a m-16, and that i thought it was outdated. Wikipedia seems to confirm my thoughts, and it is currently being replaced by the more modern ARX 160. The officer of course got really angry and thought i was trolling or something, but fortunately they're replacing that shit.

![]() ![]() I never understood the reason to own firearms, the skill ceiling is just too low. It's just point&click, every child can do that (and we all know what bad things happen when they do). Lets just ban all firearms and fight any future wars with swords and bows again (and not the high-tech boringbows), far less collateral damage and "accidental" killing of civilians.

I currently work in a grocery store and from day to day we have police officers, forest rangers and consumers walking around with guns and it always gains my attention. Almost in the same way that a passing car does when I'm driving or walking on a side walk, any possible choice by a person to use the weapon either be it a car or gun in a negative (or accident) way can effect someones life. One time I even noticed a costumer walking in our store strolling around with one those grocery cart buggies that looks like a race car for the kids, inside the cart was her 4 year old girl and on her hip she had a compact pistol with like a custom pink grip wrapped in a pink lined holster i thought that was the cutest thing :D

Almost any gun posted in this thread can be legally owned in Germany. Modified to semi automatic, but as others have posted that is the case as well in Canada and various states in the US. Germany is armed to the teeth too, including assault rifles, so I wouldn't cite Germany for the "less guns less gun crime" formula.

Yes, I'm well aware of it's size, but I prefer having a full size pistol. As for other weapons, I'm going to get some sort of assault rifle once I test a few out and a hunting rifle. Turn 21 this November so I've got time to decide. ![]()

I dont know if its seen as a real weapon, but I would like to start biathlon like my grandpa did when he was young. And therefor I gonna buy a Feinwerkbau LG Modell P 75-Biathlon. Never seen anything else than a sports-related thing in weapons (just like a sports-bow or a darts-arrow). Dont understand why someone would buy a shotgun or an automatic-weapon.

Por exemplo: But as pro-gun as I am, I still have to agree with you about the assault weapon thing. I personally don't see the point, beyond it being a money-sink. Impractical for home defense, cost-prohibitive for most recreational shooting.

Does anyone have any advice on buying one? What to look for, etc? In the coming weeks I'll be driving around looking at the 91/30s in stock in various gun/outdoor stores. I know that generally you want: 1) Hex receiver 2) No rust/pitting 3) Good muzzle crown or good counterboring 4) Smooth bolt Also, when you buy them, are they basically ready to fire (assuming there is no visible cosmoline)?
