Personally, it wouldn't take a corrupt genie to ruin a wish to begin with as seemingly perfect wishes can always go wrong in some way; it's practically impossible for humans to make a flawless wish as we're pretty much incapable of filling up all of our blind spots (consider even the fact that we have blind spots that we are blind to in the first place).

those are your exact words.
the "I wish" in the beginning of your sentence means that what you are doing is that you are making a wish, not a request or a suggestion, he granted your wish, and by the rules posted by the OP that means he and his lamp automaticly will dissappear for a 1000 years, you never stated when he must give you those 3 wishes, so you get them when he comes back.

Sounds like an episode of the X-files where Mulder finds a genie and attempts to get world peace. Instead, the genie makes all humans disappear because it is impossible for humans to be peaceful.
