It does, if the save is made by someone who hasn't completed the achievement themselves... I gave Psionic Assault to a friend (saved before I got the achi) and it worked for him too.. | ||

Blitzkrieg Save: http://www.mediafire.com/?8zc44aq606zllo5 Ok.. all you have to do is rush Tychus to the last base(its already cleared) and bring the 4-5 SCVs i have on route to meet up with him and just sit in the circle till its 100% .. please reply if it worked. I'm pretty sure this should work.. if i get the "Victory" save from the last mission before Tychus sais whatever he is supposed to say for the achievement i can just talk to the guy and get it.
