the lurker avatar (it was in beta phase 1) is missing. it was the guy with 6 eyes (3 visible as it was a side profile picture of his face i think)

and yet every other zerg avatar is here I believe. I wonder what any of this means, probably nothing

Yes any launcher could easily load the Blizzard AI, no matter which difficulty.

EDIT: But the launchers will probably not work as of now, because of the authentication thing and the new codebase.

I was getting sick of the attack-move rally. It was so annoying when you were trying to keep your units away from attackers. That is a good change. Hopefully you can still chain an attack move with shift.
