How can Blizzard even dare to let us wait that freaking long for just some simple sentences?! Because they arent required to do anything for you it might be wrong yeah but they dont HAVE to tell you anything.
Spot on! Altough I'm just as anxious for the beta to get online as anyone here, there's no reason to be dissapointed in blizzard for delaying the beta for EU. After all, they probably get enough data from US to be able to figure out eventual bugs etc (which is what the beta is for). Enabling beta again to EU is just a great gesture for which we should feel gratitude, nothing else!

havent read all of the recent posts, but why is the mood so depressed!? look at this official post from blizzard
Just a quick update on beta for you. We are still in the process of applying the patch to European servers and anticipate that beta phase two will be available late tonight (by the end of the day US time). We'll provide another update if anything changes.

When I think I'm being clear enough and still there is confusion. So, lets see if this is a bit clearer:
End of the day PDT (don't believe any team working on StarCraft II has a "We clock out at set time" policy at the moment) During this night CET (So, if you value your sleep, if all goes as planned you can wake up to play StarCraft - if you are a night owl, you might be able to enjoy the game a bit earlier, but it could very well get quite late)

By my estimates it won't come before 4 AM CET. I'm betting for somewhere between 5 and 7 AM CET.

when they said "late tonigh" they talk about euro time. End of the day is end of the day of work (5-6PM PDT)
so it'll be up really soon, or simply not this week end, just lets hope!! GO blizzard!

So what do you guys think are the chances they UNLEASH THAT SWEET SC2 AWESOMENESS UPON THE GENTLE PEOPLE OF EUROPE before 4 AM CET (which is the end of the work day for them)?
In percentages, I think around 30% possibility!
