The fad was fun while it lasted but it was obvious that it would fade as zerg learned to adapt and play more intelligently.

Notice still has vults moving around the map, and Yarnc's mutas are trying to hunt them down. The vultures have scouted Yarnc's third, and just keep moving around the map.

Then I was thinking "O crap it's not going to work Notice is ready T_T", but the real plan worked! Love these smart overlord plays. Similar to the games Luxury and Tybe B did with their lurker drops everywhere a few months back.

Mech is still a viable strategy- but it is getting annoying how every Terran, no matter how bad they are at it, is using it on any map. Hwasin can show Notice how SK Terran is done. ![]()

I never said mech was a bad strategy. It's a great strategy that has been used for years, in one for or another. I was calling it a fad because there was a period of time after the Fantasy-GGPlay series where most, if not all, TvZ was a mech build. There were even jokes how it became the standard TvZ play.
