Mind > HiyA Mind the Dragon Slayer Rising! Hiya might not be one of the 6 Dragons, but it doesn't change the fact that Mind is on fire and playing better than ever. Also, TvT is easily Hiya's worst match up.
keke < Jaedong keke has actually been winning some ZvZs lately, but unfortunately Jaedong is not just another zerg.
Rock < fOrGG fOrGG is a monster, while Rock is a caveman. It really doesn't help Rock that they are playing on a T>>P map too.
Shine[kaL] > Young I really have no idea who these two players are so I'll have to do this one purely from stats. It looks like Shine has beaten some mediocre protosses, while Young doesn't have any televised games against zerg.
Ace Match:Mind < Jaedong As neither team has a solid protoss to rely on, I think we will see a TvZ here. fOrGG is also a possibility for Lecaf, but I doubt we will see anyone other than Mind for WeMade(supposing they want to win)
Looking forward to some good games tonight, I wish the aces weren't mismatched though. Definitely would rather see Mind slug it out with Jaedong then the TvT. Also, give me some feedback in the poll below about PL threads.
Poll: Which type of PL thread do you prefer? (Vote): Keep them simple: Results/Predictions only! (Vote): Add more features: Odd facts, polls, ect (Vote): Add more features: Pictures of teams/players
How to watch: -Daum Sports(low quality)::Direct Link -Daum Media player -VLC Stream(Thanks to Corinthos)::[if he posts it]
Mind, though HiyA has a slim chance. Jaedong, though keke managed to take a game off him in the preliminaries, so he has a chance. fOrGG, this should be fun to watch. Young, though Shine[kaL] is definitely a contender, though his game vs Chalrenge was sloppy.
Although, if Young loses, maybe we get to see Jaedong vs Mind? Exciting.

Hey, no! Sorry if you got the wrong idea, I wasn't trying to say you were being lazy. I just know you usually make the Lecaf threads and wanted to see if you were going to make it tonight.
Making PL threads is a voluntary position anyway, we just kind of fall into them.
I really wanna see the Jaedong vs Mind because I am sure Mind will use mech build and I wonder how JD will handle it this time after his lost to Canata.

I was kidding, but okay. <--The all important 'i'm kidding' smiley. Never leave home without them.
"Poll: Which type of PL thread do you prefer?" I really liked the Odd/Interesting Facts that 3 Lions used to do.

Same here. I also want to see some entertainment from Rock. 2-base carriers when you lack advantage, suicide into entrentched terran defense, things that only Rock would do.

Oh wow I didn't know he was getting it so badly lately. It's really the fault of the maps added with playing Stork and Much. 2 of the losses were from WCG, so I don't take them seriously.
I'm sure once the maps change around he will get back to owning protosses left and right like he usually does. RH3 is very T>P, so he shouldn't have a problem tonight.
Hiya hasn't been able to scout Mind's build while mind is about to scout Hiya's base with the rax he floated from the middle of the map. Hiya also with a CC.
Armory going down for Mind now, dropship is out for Hiya.
3 Tanks and 1 bunker on mind's cliff. Mind just traded 3 tanks to kill only 1 of hiyas. Looks like Mind will give up his nat for now, he is floating it to the min only.
Hiya just elevatoring more units up onto that cliff.

I don't think that is possible now. Mind is probably Fox's most reliable player. And he lost. There are still Jaedong and ForGG to fight against. This will most likely be a 0-3.
Ok looks like Jaedong is at the top in white while keke is in teal at the bottom. Looks like both players did a 9 pool build with gas, didn't pay attention if it was overpool.
ZvZ with Jaedong is so great. Both players start out exactly the same and most of the time do exactly the same build, but within minutes Jaedong has somehow done something different than his opponent to gain an advantage.
I think ZvZ with Jaedong is pure rape. Most of the games end in 7-8 minutes. Now I can understand why he wanted to face zergs in BO5 series. He will finish the series in under 20 minutes

Range is spinning for Rock at he sends his 1st zealot and goon to harass. fOrGG puts an SCV on his ramp with 4 marines behind as he waits for his machine shop.
Great timing from fOrGG, he is closing in on Rocks nat. Rock cant successfully engage without zealots. Rock is losing a lot of units but his many gates are kicking in now. He might hold but fOrGG is now forcing him to flee from his nat.

I think samsung has the advantage. They have three good players (Stork, Jangbi, FBH) and decent zerg line up. On the other hand Lecaf has two good players only (Jaedong, ForGG) and their protoss line up sucks after Anytime.

Right, but Lecaf has more of a supporting crew with HiyA, Lomo, Young, and to an extent BackHo, where all of them can pull out a win, while Khan only has great. Anytime's not in Lecaf anymore.

Yes I know but in this current format 3 good players is more than enough to win the series. With 3 players they can even afford to lose one game but if any of Lecaf's duo lose their games it is up to the other supporting guys. They can win but they can lose to. It is a toss up.

It really comes down to placement. Most of each of the Samsung players have a mediocre MU, but they make up for it by having 3 of them. The lecaf players are only lacking in Forgg's TvP, but JD is strong in all MUs. Meh, it's a toss-up. Lineups affect the Samsung Khan players more, and neither of the teams are invincible.

I wouldn't automatically say Lecaf's "bench" is deeper than Khan's. It's hard to tell with players who just don't play much.
One thing to note is that head-to-head, Khan > Lecaf > T1 > Khan. So playoff positioning could matter later on.

IMHO you cannot determine the head-to-head positon of these team with only one series. They can win against each other depending on line up and player condition at the time of the match. But it is for sure that all three of them have good proleague roster.
lucky format for lecaf two great players is enough to win all of the matches, even if the rest of the team loses every time.
and yeah,

if Khan keeps sending out Frozean, who is now 0-8, I think it means that they lack a good bench

Yeah, but much worse than Backho? Both are solid players who have done stuff in the starleagues and sucking in the proleagues. Juni has had some success and TT actually plays well on low money money maps.

Actually 2 series. And the results were fairly one-sided.

They've had more series in the past with similar lineups.
