Pusan having trouble breaking into Skyhigh's mainbase, but he is also deflecting the harass quite convincingly. Vultures sneak into top left where Archives just finished. With a cannon and units there, the Vultures do littlte damage. Pusan taking top left Natural too, Skyhigh expanding to 2, but an Observer spots it!

Well, you have to consider that SkyHigh was on a time limit. Pusan's third was just starting to deliver and SkyHigh had to do a lot of damage fast or he was just going to be rolled by superior macro. It was really a brilliant method of buying time for Pusan as neither of Sky's options were all that great. He picked to commit and lost, but it wasn't that poor of a decision.
