Looking at bracala's posts in this thread, it's clear that his English is not good. So it's reasonable that he has trouble understanding people. His points are probably only true for him, and only until he has more practice and is able to understand native speakers such as Nyoken and non-native speakers such as eon. It's probably also why he doesn't manage to express himself in a nicer and more considerate way.

They're still doing it, just that the group ceremony probably takes as much time for translation as all the groups combined. I think it's better to release this first.
Well as long as they still do it. Guess I'll just wait till its out to watch the ro16. Rather see the story of how the groups came to be first.
