1. Well this season all the casts starts 1.5 hour earlier than every season of BSL so far. We start 17:00 CEST instead of 18:30 CEST which we did earlier. 17:00 CEST = 11:00 EST, 08:00 PST, 23:00 China - and still doable for me in europe so I think it's perfect time. That's for the season finals. About each continental championship, I casted them in the timezone of each region = Asia was casted at 14:00 CEST = 20:00 China, LatAm was casted 02:00 CEST = 19:00 Peru, NorthAm was casted 03:00 CEST = 21:00 EST 18:00 PST, Europe was casted 20:00 CEST. I don't know what else I can do in terms of adjusting timezone for everyone.
2. Idk. Depends on the view I believe.
3. NA had additional sponsor = Rouges Gallery which asked me to spend this money for NA tournament, and this way added additional ~750$ to the prizepool. I was giving basic $500 for each championship. No discrimination.
