1st - 50%
2nd - 25%

Rules:
- ICCUP Competitive Rules apply: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/Competitive_Rules
- All games must be played on 1.20 (Remastered), on US-West. You must be in channel HaveAtYou at all times between games. Default Turn Rate of 12, unless both players agree to a higher level.
- Map pool: : Circuit Breakers 1.0, Third World 1.0, Gladiator 1.1, Match Point 1.3, Tau Cross 1.0 Download the maps HERE.
- Smash.gg must be used (Instructions below)
- 1st Round DQ is after 20 minutes, subsequent rounds are after 15 minutes.
- Every round will be Bo3, Finals Bo5. Single Elimination
- Experiment: We will be casting these games LIVE as such if an admin flags your series to be cast YOU MUST LET SCHAMTOO INTO THE GAME
Step by step:
- Smash.gg
- Sign into your account.
- Go to the tournament's bracket page. Find your name/match and click on the box of you & opponent.
- Check-In to your match. Your opponent and you will go back and forth between banning maps, and picking a map, then your race, then it will suggest a lobby name for you to use.
- After your match, click on the box, record results, confirm. Proceed to do the same for Map 2,3 etc.
- In StarCraft
- Join US-West
- Go to channel HaveAtYou
- Find your oppponent, or use the lobby suggested by Smash.gg
- Play match.
- End of match SEND YOUR REPLAY to SCHAMTOO@GMAIL.COM
- Go back to Smash.gg (Step 1.4 above)
Notes:
- No I'm not changing from Smash.gg
- The BNet server (USWest) doesn't matter once you're in game. (If you can prove otherwise, let me know).
- Your replays in 1.20 on Windows save to your "My Documents" -> "StarCraft" -> "Maps" -> "AutoSave"
- TT1 is noob.

Well, from Shinee's perspective, koget said the first thing. He said "oops"
From Shinee's perspective,
1) He might not know what that is, and he thought it's BM?
2) He might know what it is, and he interpreted as Koget making an excuse.
3) He could've been thinking something else.
Fact is, Koget said something first. Prior to that there was no chat, just GGs at end of games. So I don't see Shinee as doing anything wrong here.

I don't know what kind of BM happened, but if he is attending to the tournament where 99% of the community is foreign and he is BMing someone for no reason (don't come up with ideas like, he might not know - lol), that's kinda ridicolous :d And this is not the first time he's doing it.

Saying he is doing it everygame was too much but I've seen him many many times saying things like "get out" (like he did during the finals vs koget) and other bs during games in "foreign tourneys". I cant even figure out why he's behaving this way, very childish.

I agree with you. And I'm actually on the side of not allowing koreans compete in tournaments, so there's no reason for me to be defending him lol.
I'm just saying, you have to ask yourself, if Koget didn't first say "oops" when his marines didn't get into bunker, would Shinee have said "get out" ? No, I highly doubt he would have said anything. Nothing was said in the other 4 games. <--- in case you missed it, that was the sequence of events and the only thing that happened.
Saying "oops" is a lot different than saying "get out" ... but either way, it is what it is. Still not a big deal anyways, who cares, not like koget cared and he was the one playing.

If it happens again, I'll take action.
As it stands, given the games I've seen, I haven't seen any BM yet except for this single instance. And I agree with ProtossGG here, it's unclear how "ops" coulda been translated.
Unfortunate, but to be fair, I don't have rules against BM. I will add them next tournament.

saying "get out" in any game, much less one in which youre playing for 1st place in a tournament is extremely bm. shinee can get fucked, behave in a professional manner or dont get paid (or dont play at all). Also im fucking tired of this same arrogant as fuck attitude from many korean players I play on the ladder, its just sad

The main thing to remember is Shinee was playing those finals at like 7AM. He'd been playing since nearly 1-2AM his time. Not to excuse any BM though.
In Clash for Char I told Shinee BM = ban after a few tournaments and he didn't bm anymore.

THERE WILL BE NO HAY15 ON MAY 13.
I'll be on vacation that week and I have a lot of work to do for HAY. We're getting an updated logo and a few more things
