I really want Effort to win. The only thing I know him for is his 3-2 reverse sweep comeback versus Flash. I heard he got rookie of the year too for his performance in the proleagues and individual leagues. I might be so diehard here but I'm almost wanting him to resurge in greatness, but then again everyone has had their peaks and dollops of love. Damn it, please, Effort, you must win this? How many times have you lost? Like, knocked out of two tournaments. I think Effort, and probably because I've seen him the most has some of the most advanced late game ZvT who really breaks the conception that Terran is the most cost effective race, especially in split map late game scenarios. I think it holds true but Effort really does work his magic in adapting himself and thinking outside the box. While it was a fad with Zero as a Queen gimmick which he didn't really bring back into play, at least not nearly as much as Effort in the post-kespa scene, Effort is so good at the game. I mean, if you've ever seen how he evenly distributes the Queen broodlings on individual tanks, he probably distributes 12 different queens to broodling 12 different individual tanks in the frame of less than 5 seconds. It is magical to see him work that type of what would look like smart-casting in Sc2, an incredible feat, it's as if Effort uses his mechanics to make Sc2-esque awesome spellcasting a reality in Sc1. Truly amazing, just amazing. I saw him attempt to use Queens against Flash in maybe the 2nd or 3rd game of the finals OSL game but it didn't work out. I knew he had done it previously so really don't know how developed his whole Queen usage was back then. Really though, have I mentioned how great Effort's Queens are? I love his smart-casting, his flawless micro, his awareness and formidably astute will of power, to simply will the essence of things to be conceived into existence through power of will alone, just amazing. It's Effort, the man who just MAKES IT HAPPEN. Effort, he is a man who is in incredible form and shape who makes his will become reality through his god-like queen distribution control. I think you call it cloning, the micro technique of selecting a control group, targeting a unit to be affected by the ability or spell, and then deselecting a single unit from the control group and targeting another unit. I love it, Effort, you're so good at life, how do you do this? How has a man with such greatness not won already all the tournaments? You saw his late game? The man has awareness, a forward thinking mindset that goes beyond his years, a simply put, competent, sensible, knowledgeable awareness, an out of body awareness, a crisp, solid understanding and awareness of the various tools at hand to make his own genius become applied to StarCraft. The point is, his Queen usage and role as the Terran of Zergs in cost effectiveness is amazingly awesome. The man gives little attention to the scandals, he's a man of awesomeness. He can't deal with the mewling fans like me, he's serious, he's got goals, I'm pretty sure he'd be creeped out by my fawning over him in this comment, and that's why he's so awesome and he just doesn't give a damn. He's gone through life's tumbles and here he is now, not giving a single care or bit of attention to life's veteran bores and nonsense. The man's a genius and he deserves to win this trophy. Then again, hero is pretty awesome. No idea how he does it, I mean, hero wins SSL 11 where he beat Hiya I think in some group stage round robin but then he loses in some subsequent unrelated tournament, like spotimes or Vant or something and now all of a sudden, i mean, c'mon, seriously? Also, Effort, step your game up. Anyone see that game where Effort played vs. Mong, did tons of damage to mong, put himself in one of the best economic positions known to man that would probably let Effort singlehandedly bring the US out of its trillion dollars worth of debt? Effort, the so called "genius," flunked it, and yes, he's human, we all know that it's obvious, I know it, you know it, let's not argue the obvious, but the fact is Effort lost somehow and he even invested in 3/3 air upgrades yet never even made a transition to Mutalisks but it just goes to show how much damn money Effort had. Somehow though along the way Mong just outmacroed him. That was an absolutely ridiculous game and a part of me died there. This was on Circuit Breakers too, EFFORT'S MAP, the macro late game map with mad Queens all over the place. Man, but on that very same map he defeated Mong in some other tournament, maybe weeks had to go by but Effort in a further refined form simply plowed the competition one sidedly with even more dominant Queen usage, even better play that simply evolved centuries beyond what Mong displayed in the game. Effort had outpaced, outsmarted, out-evolved his opponent in the evolutional food chain and had become dominant once again. Truly astounding it was, truly, to hold Mong by the throat, pressing him down to the cement pavement, asphyxiating him from breathing, bearing down with a constant pressure of a continuous barrage and flurry of energy ki attacks creating a huge, ever expanding crater of pure destruction in the very crust of the earth, shaking its very firmament in a truly uninhibited display of unrelenting animosity in the purest, chaotic, most monstrous form of the untapped hidden beast that lies hidden deep within Effort. The words to describe escape my mouth, the words are simply incommunicable forever, no words satisfies and fills the empty hole in my heart to bring justice of coming close to describing the degree of sheer ownage that Effort flaunted without breaking a single sweat that bore down the weight of entire galaxies on Mong who didn't have a single chance to catch his breath. Effort's a man to not just win, he obliterates, he dominates, he eviscerates the very atoms of being that constitute his victim with such thoroughness. Effort, he's....he's a god...At times I freeze like a deer in the headlights and I get this heightened sense of feeling, like I'm about to utter the centuries elusive word that captures Effort's likeness perfectly in the space of an all encompassing single word, a word so great of such magnitude that the very threads of the universe are beginning to fray, nearing climax into spontaneous destruction, and again and again I deprive myself of the satisfaction until I realize, simply put, Effort is a god. That is absolute dominance, that is Effort in one of his most furious forms I've ever borne witness to, this is Effort in fighting form. He's ready for the kill. HE'S GONNA GET THE FINAL TROPHY YES. MARK MY WORDS. If he doesn't, I may become seriously emotionally crippled and compromised. Point is, I like Effort.

PS: I like mong too, he's cool. I also kind of like Effort, not really, but I like when he does his cool Queen micro. That's fun to watch.
