Killer still at 3 bases?
Lurker drop at Lazy's nat.

All or Nothing next map.
Zerg at 5, toss at 1

Killer assembles some hydras at Lazy's nat. He attacks, only 2 cannons on the nat. DT saves the day, forcing Killer who has no overlords there to retreat.
Japan11286 Posts
Lazy places 2 cannons on his soon to be third.
Killer's lurkers at his nat finish and he moves them outside Lazy's natural.
Japan11286 Posts
Killer backs off though, favoring an expansion at 7 o'clock.
Lazy moves out with his lots and pokes the nat, meets lurker spines. Lazy has also added goons to his army.
Both players playing passively so far.
Japan11286 Posts
With Lazy the upper part of the map, he takes another expo. He then uses his army to pressure Killer. Lots of blood, blue goo and storms going down outside Killer's natural.
Killer's mass of lurkers finally break the protoss death ball.
Japan11286 Posts
I spot defilers.
A huge mass of lings and a single defiler go to Lazy's 4th. He throws down a dark swarm on the cannons only for the lings to die to a storm. Lazy's army is there to take out the defiler.

So Lazy is poking around to see where is the best path to attack Killer. He decides on the left side.
Lazy's army engages Killer's massive defense. Storms are cutting down Killer's numbers. Lots of Lurkers and hydras are going down but Killer has more waiting. Killer reinforces his defenses with his remaining lurks but even these fall to the mass of goon shots and storms. Killer taps out
1-1 series.

Lazy starts out at 1. Killer is at 7.

Killer is flooding the nat defenses with hydras. A DT is there to defend but that's not enough to stop the flood.
GG!! Killer takes the match. Got to buy some food now.
Anything next? Depends on Larva right?

Larva is trying to bribe RorO into a spon match!!!

Set 1: Sharp < Circuit Breaker > hero
And we're live. Z1 hero vs T5 Sharp.
Sharp did well in the HCL S3 finals but can he put a fight against one of afreeca's deadliest zergs?
Standard openings on both sides.
Sharp's SCV stole some of hero's minerals.
Sharp has the advantage. hero's scout is also first.

But RoRo being available for contact is good right?
Yes, he is definitely streaming BW. Was just looking for E players on ladder and it seems like he already had around 100 games.
hero delays his second gas a bit and gets out an unusual number of lings. Sharp sees this coming.

Sharp sees the ling count and promptly puts up a bunker

Sharp deals with the zergling poke easily. His bunker isn't up in time but simcity is enough. He also has two firebats out now.
Japan11286 Posts
Sparks terran at hero's nat. 3 sunkens up.
With two medics, Sharp is poking out but hero's defence is up. hero takes advantage of the bridge to get one marine.
Mutalisks are out and Sharp falls back. He still tries to take the mutas on but they manage to snipe the firebats and with zerglings, he then walks all over Sharp's force. There is nothing in Sharp's main to stop the mutalisks.
hero does massive damage in Sharp's main but a mistake costs him some mutas. Then again, with a third on the way and lurkers containing Sharp's natural, he probably couldn't care less.
Fourth base morphing for hero. Sharp's siege is done but he can't even leave his natural at this point. This looks like a TvT more than a TvZ at this point.
hero doesn't leave anything to chance, he has scourge ready for a dropship just in case. Sharp can finally push out on the map with a vessel, but he's going to get wrecked by lunker mutaling soon.
Japan11286 Posts
Scourge gets the only vessel! hero needs no defilers, he just uses his lurkers as dark swarm. Sharp sends a dropship, will it get past the scourge?
hero's lurkers surround the Terran army and wipe it out of the face of the earth. Sharp concedes.

Sharp T7 with a proxy rax on Match Point. hero's ovie scouts exactly that way. he also already has lings out.
Sharp camps with six marines at the barracks. Now he moves out with an SCV.
Japan11286 Posts

Only four lings for hero nearby!! Sharp's bunker at the nat hatchery goes up np. He builds another bunker in his base AND THE MARINE MAKES IT IN!!!!
Two sunkens and a spire in hero's main. Sharp moves in HE FINDS THE SWEET SPOT BEHIND THE MINERALS!! Minimal mining for hero. Sharp meanwhile getting gas.
hero GGs. Sharp with the clever dirty play again!
hero 1 : 1 Sharp
Set 3: All Or Nothing
Hong's intro is ePicard!!!! He does the SIJAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAK HAGESSEUPNIDAAA
hero Z5 vs T7 Sharp. hero's ovie heading the right way.
hero with the pool into hatch. Sharp pulls SCVs to the ramp, four lings still make it in but he only loses one marine and two scvs. The outcome seems reasonably close to even.
Acad ebay into 4 rax from Sharp. hero already has 3 colonies prepared. Morphs them into sunkens. Seemed a bit too soon and a bit too extreme but I assume he wants to play for the late game and it makes sense.
Turrets are up in time for hero's initial mutalisks. BUT hero puts up three evo's! Is he preparing for crazy zerg?
He sure is. 5 sunkens already~ Still no second gas or third. hero's mutas won't really do much and it seems like Sharp senses something's wrong.
Five sunks and two more morphing. Lot of bio for Sharp, but only three medics. I don't think he can beat the wall with some lings there as well. He just camps it for now still some lings make it past the bio force. hero's third is morphing at 11 o'clock. It is spotted by a sinle marine. hero gets some nice kills with his mutas. He's morphing a greater spire.
Japan11286 Posts
that was a waste of lings :/
No way hero can save this base. But he's sill looking to take the battle. He throws away all his lings and the base dies. A dropship is loaded in Sharp's natural. He also has a vessel out. The dropship is barely missed by mutas that morph into guardians above Terran's natural cliff. Sharp's drop gets cleaned out. Guardians arrive.
Japan11286 Posts
crazy game, and its still up for grabs
Japan11286 Posts

Three vessels are useless, there are vessels with the guardians. hero tries to take his third in the 5 o'clock. Larva drinks some water. Sharp finds and stops hero's third. Sharp's nat is lifted he goes back to deal with guardians. Gets all of them but one. hero already has 4/2 ultras out, but only a few.
hero's rebuilding his base at 5 o'clock. Six cows are out on the map along with a few lings and scourge. hero's insane he's just going for it!!!
This wasn't a good idea. He threw away five ultras for a few marines. Will Sharp be able to stop hero's rebuilding third? I think so.
He's finally moving out. Of course there's an ultralisk backstab coming. He irradiates two ultralisks. He still can't go for the Zerg third. Another wave of marines. Surely now..
Sharp throws four vesseles to scourge. He insta snipes the third base. hero's defence gets wrecked there. He only has three ultras total.
Japan11286 Posts
Hero's ultraling comes back to save the expo only to be slaughtered by mnm
A dropship for Sharp as well. Sharp running dry on minerals but this has gotta be game as Sharp kills another third attempt at 1 o'clock.
FUCK YOUR THIRD BASE is the message Sharp sends to all crazy zergs!!!
hero replies with another attempt at the 5 o'clock. He takes the terran army straight on but all his shit gets irradiated and Sharp has enough backups in his natural. He's gonna take the third down again and the game with it.
Japan11286 Posts
Another engagement where Hero loses all of his stuff. Larva then spots Sharp's massive marine reserves at the nat. I don't see Hero getting this.
hero tries to surround Sharp's army and he almost drowns it in his units' blood but that's about it. SHARP ANTE PORTAS!!!!!

So Hero has exactly one ultra to defend the sunken line. No matter the number of sunkens he has its no match for that big of an army. GG

GuemChi with the two gate into arbiter!
Mind counters with a starport and a third base. But I feel like thiss will be extremely difficult for him. NICE. Guemchi gets a 2 tank mine drag and then assaults Mind's front, but it doesn't go well at all he loses five goons for a tank.
GuemChi on 6 gates now. Mind with decent vulture terror. The question is, will he be able to deal with the fast arbiter tech? Apparently GuemChi doesn't know the map and sure needs to learn it before the starleague...
Japan11286 Posts
Guemchi going 3 base arbiter. Mind's mine delays the third for a good while.
Mind building his CC in his base. Guemchi has a DT out. DT pulls some mines to terran mech. Larva screams like shit.
Guemchi follows up with his goons. What is he hoping to achieve there. Poorly controlled goons turn into blue goo in the face of terran fire. Mind sneaks by 2 vults and nets some probes. CC floats to 3rd.

LOOOOL at larva's reaction to the late EMP.
LMAO MIND§S DEFENCE IS FLAWLES BUT HE DOESN'T HAVE EMP. HE SEES THE ARBITER AND JUST DANCES AROUND IT WITH HIS VESSEL. JUST WHEN THE EMP HITS THE RECALL GETS IN. It does completely nothing Oh no, sorry, kills one supply depot :p
GuemChi's play is prety impressive considering he doesn't know the map. He's beating the Terran push back through sheer zealot will force. A money stasis field on two vesseles and some stuff buys him some more time.
Japan11286 Posts
Mind begins pushing out, Guem's smaller force tries to delay it.
He assembles all of his forces together but it is still much smaller compared to Mind's. Mind almost snipes the arbiter.
Mind sieges. Toss counterattacks. Arbiter gets killed before it lets of a stasis. Siege tanks destroying all the goons.
Another round of zealots gets rid of some more tanks. Stasis on the vessels. Mind is stopped.
GuemChi has to use goons to get rid of some tanks but he manages to do that quite well spreading his goons and then escaping Mind's vulture surround without taking much harm.. He's on five bases now, while Mind's setting up the middle expansion to be on four.
Japan11286 Posts
Interesting, Mind expos at the central expansion. Guemchi threatens to attack Mind's 3rd or nat, Mind sieges up there to prevent toss from doing so
2k balloons for Larva
Japan11286 Posts

Now there's one mistake from Guemchi, throwing away like 7 goons for not having zealots that were just a few steps away. It made Larva very upset! :D
Japan11286 Posts
Guemchi probably doesn't know about the gas under the temple.
The recall at 3rd and poke from the bridge was an okayish trade I feel. Guemchi moves to the center expansion to distract Mind's push.

Citadel coming up. DTs are coming...
Japan11286 Posts
I think Mind's build is siege expand. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
DT drop from Guemchi incoming?? He can use DTs to block the ramp if they're out in time.
BUT THEYRE JUST BARELY NOT IN TIME. THE SHUTTLE IS HEADING OUT DTS HUNTING THE TANKS IN GUEM BASE. MIND'S EBAY BARELY FINISHED. DTS INCOMING
Two mines clean up the first dropped DT instantly. No damage done here. Looks like it was just the one DT. Mind's base is up and safe. Only thing Guemchi has going for him is the shuttle. He's warping a nexus at his natural now.
Japan11286 Posts
Mind pushes Guemchi all the way back to his base. Guemchi only has a few goons but DT is out. Another DT is in a shuttle. Guemchi pulls probes to defend. DT finally clears the push as another is dropped in Mind's main. It steps on 2 mines and dies that instant.
Japan11286 Posts
Guemchi takes his natural so he won't be behind too much. He tries another DT drop that fails.
Guemchi has to make something happen, he drops a probe on the 6 o'clock island and tries to makes omething happen with his shuttle. He drops a DT and it's instantly taken care of.
Can Guemchi somehow defend the inevitably coming push?? Mind could probably walk over him right now with just his vultures..
A crazy mine daebak and Mind not noticing his sneak expo is his only chance imo. The push is coming!!!
GuemChi's vs vulture defence is stellar but he still needs to take tanks straight up which is never a good trade. Still he lives.
He had to cut probes to survive this. His third on the island is finally warping in, but Mind's taking his third as well. Mind will be looking to make some vulture harass happen.
Japan11286 Posts
Mind is definitely ahead eco-wise.
That failed push-contain might just bring Guemchi back. He's taking the island expo too.
Another thing Guemchi has going for him is the fast tech. He gets out four templars that could be critical if used correctly and he uses his shuttle to transfer probes to his island third.Mind's ebay is nearing the island though AND VULTURES FINALLY MAKE IT INTO GUEMCHI'S BASE. No mine daebak but still considerable damage.
Mind's dread push is coming. Four decent storms, but where are the zealots??? THEY JUST DO NOT EXIST.
Japan11286 Posts
Mind's on 3 bases.
Mind's mech pushes. Guemchi with some nice storms but Mind's eco is churning out more tanks than storms can destroy. He sieges G's nat.
GuemChi tries to be cute with a shuttle but Mind just has twaay to much shit. GG from GuemChi. Congrats to Mind, +400 balls

Mind's push is too strong for Guemchi. Good game from G-Sizzle.
