Vultures are better against ground, you only really need Marines for early Bunker defense in TvP. They're rarely used in TvT as well, only really seen in TvZ for Mutas.

Anyway, Jangbi went for a 12 nex in game 1, which pretty much obligates the terran into taking it down with a Bunker push, 'cause if you can't, terran will be at a major disadvantage economically.
As for game 2, Jangbi went for a DT rush and didn't do any damage. That's a no-no in PvT.
