It was a timing attack because Jaehoon didn't have anything. He stopped making Colossus for a long time, and was behind in upgrades. Flash scanned right as the first Templar of the tech-switch warped in. The timing wasn't on Flash's end (though he was ahead in upgrades), Flash realized that Jaehoon was really weak at that exact moment and won the game. He had about 30 seconds before all the money Jaehoon put in to getting storm became usable (HTs had to build the energy), and that was the window he exploited Edit: Apparently it was also right when +3 attack finished, which is probably what prompted the scan, but it was still Jaehoon being weak more than Flash being strong.

well if u have 1 player that stays at his base to max out with colossi and dies to a straight up push with no colossi or stalker control. 0 forcefields and 0 templars... yes its boring

But hey, if you want to want to watch multiple engagement all over the map, you should watch GSL/GSTL instead ![]()

So boring I agree with you, but be aware that this only pertains to PL right now. If you watch the GSL/GSTL it is extremely rare to see such games (although a higher ratio occurs in PvZ due to strong 2-base timings). SC2 itself cannot be judged by what is seen in PL, it's actually the skill and knowledge level of the Kespa players that is producing such games.

I think a lot of the BW pros don't allow themselves to play more intricate games yet if they don't have to. Heart of the Swarm will open up for a more dynamic metagame imo and I think it is introducing units that will sit well with the BW pros. Let's not start this fight. That game was bad and Jaehoon should feel bad. Sea vs Action was pretty decent until Action threw away his army being stupid. Most other SPL games have been bad.

That last game was boring though. I haven't seen a game play out like that in a long time to be honest. Jaehoon was wayyy too late getting templar tech though.

Yeah, Flash played pretty much perfectly (though a passive game, his timing with +3 and max was excellent and no macro mistakes or composition problems whatsoever). Great scouting as well really let him just dominate Jaehoon who just isn't as good at all. Makes you wonder why Flash even bothered with a proxy rax strategy if Jaehoon is really that weak in a macro game. Jaehoon's micro was really great in their first game, but he doesn't understand tech transitions and solid builds in general while flash has that all down.

I am wondering what happened to him he like isn't played anymore and he went 2-2 so idk seems weird he must not be good anymore or something xD The reason he was sent back to B-Team is plain and simple. He has no BW and isn't very good in SC2 either. There's no reason to keep him in A-team. He lost all his BW games and went 2-2 for Sc2 which is kind of bad for someone who only plays sc2.

flash just played solid and showcased his superior macro. no spectacular multidrop or anything. sadly, PvT on entombed is a 3 base sit back turtle map anyways, dont know why the map is in the pool honestly
