Upon further review, the administration of Altitude's International Starleague has concluded that LancerX is not to be disqualified following the replay incident which occurred in the round of 32. It was determined that there was a clear attempt to send in all of the correct replays and a simple test ended up having him attach the wrong one to the e-mail before sending. Thus, being as this was not out of blatant neglect, LancerX shall suffer no penalty.
As a reminder, Altitude ISL staff would like to say that all players should double check their replays before sending. Please make sure that you are sending all the correct replays before finalizing.

Good thing decision stands, but just curious if there are any alternatives to the winner sending in all the replays, or do you think the losers are just gonna be like , "fuck it im out"? because it is really clear who the winner is after the first game... I mean you can say there are anti spoiler replays so we don't know how many sets, but in some of the series i.e lancer/choosy when choosy ggs and then leaves and lancer types gg after, it's pretty obvious. Maybe there were too many games, and when we are in the further rounds we'll have an official in the games if not too laggy or something?

It's pretty well inherit with the system we have of retrieving replays that there will be spoilers at the end of each game, however, it is to my belief that people don't really care, thus don't really pay attention to these spoilers. Only the players will have actually read the rules to see about replay procedures and what not. There would be no other way of doing it without massively inconveniencing both players and staff by having replays sent in after every game.

Wow... I never realized that is actually a spoiler, now I'll surely can't keep myself from spoiling myself at the end of every game :-o

Best solution is to implement a new rule: players are not allowed to 'gg' at the end of a game. Problem solved.

Oh man, I never paid attention to that. Now I will

lol it was always obvious ;D

way to take a dump in the punch bowl draw :/
We don't have the personnel to have a ref in every game until far into the tournament (Ro4, Ro8 if we're lucky). Anything else really depend on cooperation from the players. An even simpler solution then having losers send in reps as well is to ask the players to stay in game for 3 seconds after they gg. Now we'll see how many people do that, and those who don't, that's how many people we wouldn't get reps from.
If you discover one of the other ways to spoil a series, please bring it up in private or just keep it to yourself.

If there is a delay between people leaving the game it will still yield the same result. I guess there's not really a solution for this unless both players agreed to send in all 5 replays and admins chose some from each sender, but yeah it's a lot more work and I guess people don't care enough about it.

What about if the casters use AdvLoader to watch the replays and hit ctrl+d at the beginning to disable replay chat? Then you won't see the 'gg' from anyone.
