Hoping for epic final, regardless of who wins. Just not what happened last OSL (Stork, you failed so hard that time....-____________________-) Maru the cat ^^. This one is cute too.

Yeah Fantasy is undefeated on it but most of those were TvZ. Frankly speaking no competent terran should ever lose a TvZ on pathfinder anyways so the point is a bit moot. Close air distances make dropship play ridiculously strong. 3rd gas is very close to natural and is easily defended with minimal tanks. Mineral only behind base can be defended with tanks in the main. Other than the middle area, there's no real space for an entire army to move. It's possible, but it would be very easy to be cut off. So flanking is mostly out of the picture. Those side corridors are way too narrow for a protoss army to fight sieged tanks. Those side corridors are however great for vultures to run around, circumventing the middle where the toss army would likely be to harass. P needs to have more bases than T, which basically means taking the other main, or its natural or 3rd gas. T can easily drop that main, siege tanks under cliff. The entire map is claustrophobic. If you build your buildings anywhere that's not in the centre of your high ground main, it can be easily sieged from the low ground. P can do very little about a slow push down the middle. In a 200 v 200 situation, forcing a one directional attack against a prepared T favours T. The only thing I see going for P is that the easy to harass thing goes both ways. But once a T expects a drop from P, it can be shut down very quickly. I expect JangBi to place LOTS of cannons everywhere. That's the only way I can see him avoiding the loss of all his probes.

Lock down your expansions with pylons and cannons and just macro the T to death without having to worry about vulture raids. Vultures are pretty awful against a goon heavy army with observer support. Completely useless, is more like it.I expect JangBi to place LOTS of cannons everywhere. That's the only way I can see him avoiding the loss of all his probes. Now that I think about it, Flash's vulture-less TvP makes a bit more sense now. He's just reacting to Ps locking down their expos with cannons and pylons, except not all of them do that yet. Premature metagaming ^^
