Thanks BR for the OP. FBB is incoming. I'm loving the protoss domination as of late. PvP with stork will be something. I hope we can avoid that and have a nice TvP with stork and fanta.
Stork please wear your glasses tonight, I want you to play at your full strength tonight against SKT Also IU misses your glasses as well + Show Spoiler +

What, IU is ZerO's girl!
if Stork has an eye on her, he must win ZerO in Starcraft match, and we all know what's the probability of this.

yeah even if he doesn't need them because of laser...he should just wear fashion glasses at least.
every nerd knows glasses make you 1000x smarter and better!
Definitely some interesting possibilities in this set. Khan have some great youngsters, so I'm always a bit nervous whenever my beloved SKT plays them.

Always placing a scan near his army and dealing with those stealth ninjas
Bisu taking the 1 o'clock expo now, Always sending a few units to try and deal some damage at that expo
meanwhile Carriers are picking off tanks as they continue their rampage looks like Bisu upgraded shields
terran ground force on +2 now goliaths moving to the center to fight carriers, carriers flying over the cliffs and picking off a few goliaths. Goliaths retreating for now
Always taking the 3 o clock expo as his 4th
Carriers continue to do more damage and they've now set their eyes on the nat
starport at the nat being targeted by carriers now. goliaths firing at the carriers, one about to go down
hahaha i think bisu's carrier is still sloppy. looks like he just want to practice it with lesser mortal terrans like that guy (i don't know who always is). bisu is a bit lucky to be facing him hehe

Not too much to take from that performance tbh. Nice call from Coach Park to mix up Bisu's maps - he's played Alternative quite a bit recently - and avoid a potential snipe.
we will get to know in the winners interview

Yeah I was thinking specifically of Stork tbh. Stork has had his number for quite a while now, and for me his PvP is his weakest MU nowadays.

it's nice to have both, there are many WL (winners league) games anyways, with 2 rounds
you get to see many games between ace players so it's surely spectacular but this format brings out more rookies and rewards deeper teams, and we get more distinct matchups so it's nice too

I think Dt's cleared all the drones in hyuks nat.
That might explain it, since there was one DT out that headed to the third and then diverted after seeing overlords/hydras and disappeared

That was my guess as well, though I believe the broadcasters missed it - at least I didn't see them switch to it and my stream was pretty steady during the drop period.
stream skipping, zerglings seem to be in the main now 4 of them
1 cannon appears to be warped in 5 probes pulled in an attemped to kill the zerglings 1 zergling down for 1 probe 3 zerglings remain, really giving stork a hard time, another probe down 2 zerglings left
Stork held it quite well though ... judging by the bits of info that I get via the stream. Some probes lost, but the main factor should be the delayed tech/income.
Hydra den finished, Soo pumping out a lot of hydras
stork adds 2 gates bringing it to 4 in total
meanwhile Soo has a zerg army waiting outside the nat zerglings/hydras attack the nat, zealot trying to defend while the cannons shoot
HT popping out 1 cannons down and the hydras retreat for now more en route to the nat though Stork adding another cannon (5) Hydras move in once more, 2 cannons down, 3 down now 4th cannon down!

Yeah, I know it wasn't an actual all-in. I just thought it was funny that he suggested aggression from Stork immediately before Stork himself crumpled to aggression.
One of the reasons Bisu's PvZ is so good is because he uses scouting information so effectively... Stop with the blind openings Stork. :-/ Especially against someone who's known for using aggressive builds, like soo.

Why not? It's actually how horang2 has won so many of his games. Often when it seemed he was disadvantaged he would add an unsustainable amount of gates and go a 2 base timing attack of some sort. I'm talking like 2 base 9 gateways.

Yeah, it was pretty nice probe micro. I recall 4 lings getting in to the main, and he managed to kill one pretty quickly. I think from memory he then killed another one after a bit of micro back and forth and the odd probe kill, then the last two got cleaned up reasonably quickly when Stork sent a Zealot back.
Something like that anyway. Bottom-line is sufficient probes were killed to put Stork too far behind.
EDIT: I meant sufficient probes were killed when you take the second ling runby into account as well.
How do you "learn" from that. Build orders are essentially locked in at that point, Stork took a risk and suffered from it. Its like "learning" in ZvZ, sure mixing things up can help a bit but you can't really do anything about getting a BO advantage or disadvantage.
What is the counter to stork? It is pool before hatch of course! He hasn't held early pressure well recently so it is almost a guaranteed win vs stork.

soo didn't try and end it. he didn't build anymore zerglings, he used the opportunity to expand and ride the advantage to mid game rather than end it right there.

They spoke about this in one of the joint Bork interviews. Bisu's success with PvZ was narrowed down to an extremely deep understanding of the flow of the game with information gleamed from corsair scout. Stork's PvT? i dunno Starsense? =S
stork should really stop doing this. 12-14nex is much riskier vs.Z than 13-14cc. Because in ZvP zerg goes 9 pool more often than in ZvT.
at least he could scout and then 12nex
he thought - he did 5 pool last time so he won't now? lol, stork was right, but this build loses to 9 pool too, not only to 5 pool, didn't he remember about it? --

Stork's PvT relies more on observer spreads and getting obs into T bases early + harassment to stunt econ; it showed v Fanta how he could be denied HARD if obs were blocked out early AND harass wasn't successful.
control tower added to starport, 2nd factory going up for Reality
Fantasy moves his vulture towards Reality's nat and finds an empty bunker Tank arrives and the vulture flees Fantasy starting his 3rd factory as well as an armory
DS in the making for Reality Fantasy adding his 4th factory now, reality on 2 facts
Fantasy taking his 3rd at 2.5, REality drops there and forces Fanta to cancel Reality setting up a siege line on the NE ridge of the hex stopping Fantasy's units from moving forward
Fantasy making 2 wraiths and firing at those seiged tanks, they manage to take out a drop ship too
Fantasy advancing towards reality's sieged tanks! ahhh fantasy losing a number of units, he falls back and seiges up, his wraiths are still there trying to kill off tanks though, reality brings in scvs to repair as well as his own wraith
Looks like fantasy lost his 3rd, stream keeps skipping T_T
Fantasy expanding down to 5 o clock, reality taking 8 oclock Science faciliity added for reality Fanta is trying to take hold of the center, but reality's sieged tanks make it hard
Both players on +1 weaps
Fantasy looking to start an expo at 4 but vultures kill off the scv
fantasy drops the nat with vultures, reality has his own vults there to respond though
Reality shoving some vultures into Fantasy's mineral lines
Reality also doing some pretty decent tank engagements - Fanta's tanks aren't supported by vultures but Reality's tanks are, and he uses them to mine up/eat tank shots
Fantasy can't get 4 o'clock running, vultures keep hindering that Cc from getting done
Reality taking 7.5 now
Floated CC now under attack from wraiths and valks Fantasy's 4 o'clock being bombarded by tanks on higher ground. Fantasy bringing in some units to deal with the pressure
Well played by Reality. He really showed Fantasy how to multi-task there at times. Hard to believe Fantasy used to push Flash at TvT not that long ago.

shuttle drops at the nat, kills a probe, shuttle picks up and leaves, shuttle comes back for another round this time scarab kills more probes shuttle almost trapped by goons! some gosu micro saves the shuttle
Grape getting his templar archive up, best's forge is spinning
shuttle once again on the move towards Best's nat, best has 2 goons there though and an observer to spot
Grape taking his 3rd at 5.5 Best sends out a DT, it attacks the probes at the nat, probes run , looks like 8? kills?
Ohhh small engagement at 3 o clock, grape almost losing his shuttle! shuttle is in the red
Best taking his 3rd now at 12.5 Grape adding HTs to his unit mix, best doing the same Best on the offesive. Storms over grape's reavers/shuttle, shuttle down reaver taking more storm damage! 2 reavers down, 1 left
Best with an overwhelming number of goons, storms over bests goons but it's not enough woah best streaming in more units
Best reaching all the way into the nat archons morphed Storm over the probes
BeSt is starting to show signs of his old form. Encouraging stuff.
Hard luck Khan. I still think your future is looking very bright with the current crop of youngsters that are coming through. We got lucky with some match-ups/build-orders tonight, and well January made some interesting decisions....

Against Fox and STX from memory. But yeah, didn't last for long Seems like one of BeSt or Fantasy is out of form (at any point in time) this PL season.
Still, we can't complain, surely! At least the zergs are contributing consistently, and the likes of Sun/Rain is maturing.
Fantasy, Best and Bisu all won last time they played at the same time and it was like 2 weeks ago or smth. Anyway Fanta is performance as usual self this season - 50% wins and 50% losses with a total randomness. Sun is awesome and so is n.die.soO but Hyuk and s2 need to win some games to make roster deeper cuz so far it's a Protoss based team with one so and so Zerg
Hm, It's not the first time when I see this: Jangbi wins a game - Stork loses. Stork wins a game - Jangbi loses, everytime like this... Come on, KHAN toss'es win some more games please! Anyway, glad that Bisu and Best won though.
Bisu won a Carrier game? Well he did say his hands shake a lot when he uses carriers, and gets super nervous. Gotta build up confidence against lower level Terrans first I guess haha
Unfortunately there is not enough protoss bonjwa-ness to go around. A couple months ago it was all in bisu and stork, now its bisu with best jiangbi & kal starting to get a lifeline from it again, not enough left for stork.
They just need to somehow find a way to share whatever psi is remaining after bisu has had his share.
Bisu (duh) JangBi (from hearing about Hyuk) Stork (somewhat duh) Sun (he's been good lately) Reality (after seeing the TvT Reality vs Flash) Best (after Best vs Flash).
