Online qualifications already finished awhile ago so Oov basically forfeited any chance at a spot at this year's WCG. Can't understand why he didn't show up at the progamer prelims though. The prize money is higher than the ones in OGN or MBC (correct me if I'm wrong), and seeing what first place did to Ogogo's KeSPa ranking I can't see him avoiding it to concentrate on the MSL for high rank.
