Enemy team is 100% expecting flash. There are 2 threats to stats from CJ, he raped one and the other has lol pvt. send flash? Yeah, the coach's logic is unfathomable. If he wants to win the match, Flash in game 4. If he wants to develop players, NO flash in game 4 and NO flash in game 5. Instead, he does NEITHER>

Thanks Skyhigh, for making me lose sleep and also for winning against Flash. You are making Bisu look good. ![]()

ESPECIALLY the last 20 mins when Flash was mining out of a total of 0 bases. Instead he just ends up producing another borefest. Maybe it isn't the most interesting to watch but skyhigh was playing to win, and he was perfectly comfortable sitting on 2 bases vs flashes 0 bases and not attacking, the pressure was on flash to attack not skyhigh.

Are you sure they were in a row though? I know ZerO is 3-7 and Roro is 1-6 in ace but I can't find a way to see the order without looking through the matchlist which I'm not up too at 3am

When the really important games start rolling around they don't want Flash having lost his last 4 ace matches. he doesnt need another ACE game to get off his slump, he will solve his losing streak on his own, believe me. he needs a break, specially when the other teams are training there eyeballs off only for him. tell me, why the hell wouldnt you send stats this time?

Then he decides to play safe after Flash almost comes back and wins. I can't really blame him for that, though I blame him for earlier.

It is not updated so you will have to look in the last pages for R5.

On the one hand, it's easy for teams to predict Flash for Ace, but i mean its not like that hasn't happened before. Look at Jaedong Oz. At the same time Flash just 3-0 JD in the MSL. So... is he just nervous, not practicing since MSL, or is it just KTs predictability. I'm not the biggest Flash fan, but I just don't know how to break it down. Maybe all he needs is one win to get that confidence back. The only downside to that is, he's gotta keep playing Ace matches to get there.

I think Flash is definitely slipping, and/or other Terrans are catching up the way Zergs caught up to JD a little while ago. Not really. The only real matchup Jaedong has to be worried about is ZvT and that's because there are so many adequate to good TvZers out there (MBC terrans, Ruby, Flash, Forgg, Hwasin when he was still around, etc). He doesn't need to bother with ZvP since NO protoss can PvZ well enough these days and only needs to brush up his ZvZ a little since out of all the zergs, he still has the best mechanics by far. He's losing more ZvZs since zergs understand the matchup more but he's still obviously at the top since they don't have his micro/macro/nerves. The only way zergs like Great and Roro win against him is through getting a BO advantage, force Jaedong to get spores, and milk the gas advantage the best they can. TvT is a whole different ball game from any of the zerg matchups. I have no doubt all the ace matches he has lost to terrans (like all of them this round are to terrans?) are because he's far less prepared than they are on unfamiliar maps. Maps like Grand Line and Fortress depend heavily on map understanding in TvT and like all of his opponents say, he doesn't seem prepared for them.

Yeah it carries some significance but people are just suddenly ignoring his record, saying shit like oh he's slipping beacause of lost some matches, if it was like 5 matches in a row sure but 6/7 ace matches over a huge period of time? come on people, is this a record to be saying someone is slipping?

For instance, Skyhigh was the one skimping on turrets during most of the game, while Flash spammed a ton of em as a matter of course. That's got to make a difference in army counts.
