? ? ? Flash played well. Almost amazingly again. Zona's retarded. Skyhigh played the earlier parts of the game much better than Flash, but Flash definitely played the later parts better. However, Skyhigh's midgame decision to push center to Flash's face when he got a base pushed + holding back Flash's repeated scary attempts at 3 eventually won him the game 40 minutes later.. but mostly cuz Zona's retarded and not Skyhigh sucking...
In the end, TvT is still TvT...

Flash isn't having a good month at all. 4-4 with all losses in Ace, costing his team the match. Luckily, they have a huge cushion and will still make #1 seed.

Flash is 6-7 over his last 13 PL games. What he needs is refreshment.

While a Flash vs. JD match is still 50:50 IMO, Jaedong has looked like a much better player overall this month. Jaedong's ZvZ and ZvP are almost flawless (his ZvT has looked amazing too since the MSL finals). Meanwhile, Flash's TvT is looking extremely inconsistent and he continuously keeps failing in the Ace match. Of course, considering Plexa's bias, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if Flash is still #1 in the PR.
Lol, thats not nice XD PR is by its nature someones opinion :p I prefer following MVPs XD JD has been getting quite a bit of those recently
But yah, JD has been playing well recently, and he's had OSL prelims on top of proleague (though those probably are pretty easy for him).
Still Plexa may take into account the momentum Flash had prior. And back in the day JD got away with some questionable months as well.
(still hoping for JD to be #1) XD

Enemy team is 100% expecting flash. There are 2 threats to flash from CJ, stats raped one and the other has lol pvt. send flash?
Hindsight is 20-20.
Also, CJ has three people (covering all the three races) who can snipe Flash any day of the week.

lol I love Teamliquid Live Reporting:
"OMG SKYHIGH JUST ATTACK"
skyhigh attacks and flash drops a bunch of goliaths and kills some BCs
"OMG SKYHIGH U SO STOOPEED WHY U ATTACK"
Some people just don't understand TvT : /

Feel so bad for tempest who won that game for nothing :/ You could tell he was so extremely happy to pull though for his team.

A lot of those wins are against terran, so comparing those past games to his recent games only further proves that his TvT has not been as impressive as it was. Since KT has pretty much clinched the first seed for playoffs it is not unthinkable to send other players for ace match. If you do not think Flash is battle-weary and tired then you are not watching the same person I am.

On the one hand, it's easy for teams to predict Flash for Ace, but i mean its not like that hasn't happened before. Look at Jaedong Oz.
At the same time Flash just 3-0 JD in the MSL. So... is he just nervous, not practicing since MSL, or is it just KTs predictability. I'm not the biggest Flash fan, but I just don't know how to break it down.
Maybe all he needs is one win to get that confidence back. The only downside to that is, he's gotta keep playing Ace matches to get there. It is accurate to say he is just going through a post-starleague slump. Jaedong goes through the same thing after he wins a starleague. It is important to remember that Flash has only been playing TvTs so it is difficult to judge where his other two matchups are at. Yah u have a point. I just hate this discussion about slump or not slump. Also, this is kinda off topic but isn't it weird that slumps occur after a player wins a starleague. I mean now all they have to worry about is proleague XD its kinda counterintuitive XD Just saying That's how people work - you can power through hard times, but only if you rest afterward.

Yes, it took me only couple minutes to answer cause I practiced for this argument! ;P The point is, calling him king atm is being a little too generous (or being a CJ fanboy)
