Some believe (And I would agree) players find it difficult to do well in both pro leagues and the star leagues, which is also why I think Effort isn't doing to hot right now either. (In pro league)

Flash definitely needs a win to get his confidence back but I think part of the problem may be his coaching. Flash looks like he has consistently had the inferior build order in his TvT ace matches. idk, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It is accurate to say he is just going through a post-starleague slump. Jaedong goes through the same thing after he wins a starleague. It is important to remember that Flash has only been playing TvTs so it is difficult to judge where his other two matchups are at.

He is not slipping, at least he is winning the normal lineup.
ace matches is gay for him because he has to practice 3 races, and everyone basically just practice vs Terran

I REALLY like Flash as a player but SkyHigh played like how Flash would win. If Flash was the one doing the turtling and won with it, you guys would've been like "OMG Flash is the ultimate weapon!" When someone else is doing it, people will go like "Ugh, I hate that kid that wasted my time!" And I am actually pretty concerned about Flash today. The longer the game goes, the more likely that you will lose your gamesense because of the stress.

As for the ace match Skyhigh was playing to win once Flash stopped mining - yamato would win the game for him eventually, Flash needed to attack/secure a base before his forces are whittled down. Hella boring to watch but he does what he has to do to secure CJ's playoff spot, can you blame him for that?
On the other hand that "expo everywhere after securing lead, oh wait it backfired" looked like cockiness instead of game-winning so I completely blame Skyhigh for that

Also, this is kinda off topic but isn't it weird that slumps occur after a player wins a starleague. I mean now all they have to worry about is proleague XD its kinda counterintuitive XD Just saying

This is correct. Even in the game against Hiya, where he lost a late-game advantage, he did so after first coming back from an early setback.
But it's not just about initial build order rock paper scissors... every game, he made big or small mistakes that uncharacteristically prevented him from coming back.

While a Flash vs. JD match is still 50:50 IMO, Jaedong has looked like a much better player overall this month. Jaedong's ZvZ and ZvP are almost flawless (his ZvT has looked amazing too since the MSL finals). Meanwhile, Flash's TvT is looking extremely inconsistent and he continuously keeps failing in the Ace match.
Of course, considering Plexa's bias, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if Flash is still #1 in the PR.

Well this game was cloaked wraiths with comsat and good micro vs cloaked wraiths without comsat, and the rest of the game was Flash trying to come back.

Meh, all i'll say from now is watch flash rape in the next few pl matches and keep that no.1 spot for kt, then watch him rape in the finals against whoever we play
