But it's not appropriate calling this the "real" finals, though. That's what some of you said about JD vs Flash: a fucking quarterfinal match as "the" finals! Damn elitists. Give Shine/Movie their due. I keep getting the feeling that he'll just revert back to the Clam that played against Fantasy and Light. This series has kind of confirmed my suspicions that he's like Fantasy - a player that requires a lot of prep time to put out amazingly good all round results. Flash probably practices more than anyone. All great players prepare for hours. What a stupid thing to say. He's referring to Clam.... That's my point, dude. They all practice hard. To say that they're not good without practice is meaningless because they all prepare really hard for their games! But there is no question he can win without preparation. Proleague alone tells us that. Basing your theory on his win over bonjwa s2?
I don't mean ZERO preparation (though that may have been the case against s2 haha)
But you can't win as many games as Flash has (as well as as many ace matches as he has) without being able to go off a little less preparation
That's why Bisu/JD/Flash are looked at as the premier talents. PL win totals are where the pure talents shine.

Yeah it was a back and fourth game, I think Flash could of ended the game earlier had he attacked Calm's expansions. But Calm GG'ed one Flash was about the destroy the 12 o'clock expansion with a huge force.

s2 is a secret bonjwa
He knew that Flash knew that he knew that Flash was going 2rax because he knew that Flash knew that he saw that Flash had way too many marines sniping his ovie.
Then he thought that Flash thought that s2 thought that he would have to build a bunch of sunkens, but he didn't count on Flash counting on s2 thinking that Flash thought he could sunken break instead of thinking that he thought he should just pretend sunken break. If Flash had just thought that s2 thought that Flash thought that s2 thought that he would definitely have to build tons of sunks, then s2 would have won ezpz.
It was the game of 2009 easily, the mental sparks were flying everywhere until Flash just marched in and ended the game in 5 minutes,

Well Winner's League. You cant do all kills with preparation only, since you cant prepare for seven maps against a whole team. Talent shows in Winner's League.

I'm not taking credit for this observation, but I can't help but notice that when fantasy's game-plan is disrupted he completely falls apart (see vs Shine, Jaedong... any game he loses to zerg, really). Bisu/JD/Flash almost play better on their toes than when they prepare, and that's the pure talent hoo-hah you're talking about.
I'd like to think that Calm is good at that, too, better than fantasy. Although it would help my hoping if he didn't keep losing to fantasy.

There's definitely still hope for Calm and Fantasy.
I mean ... they've made 3 finals and won 1 (and the 2 Fantasy lost he went to game 5). All this while Flash couldn't even make the BO5 stage of a league.
Even if they can't be like Bisu/JD/Flash it's not really that big of a deal. It's a viable way to be a player.
But yeah it feels good to see Flash validated again. I never thought it would take this long to make another final.

Flash versus Movie finals would be great. Movie is a creative and interesting player and Flash's TvP is shaky enough that Movie might actually have a chance.

I'm pretty sure you meant Light instead of Movie. lol

Yeah, it's really late. I can't remember, but I think I remember movie losing recently >.<

Did he get rolled by M18M in the recent CJ Entus vs Samsung match? I was the post for that one, maybe that's what I'm remembering.
Or perhaps it was the Jaedong match the day before I'm thinking of. All I remember was him getting stomped on bad.
