I'm going to laugh if Terran winrate on HBR suddenly shoots way, way up because Zergs keep getting their OL sniped. But wouldn't 7rax be hard countered by 9pooling and just not sending your OL out? After learning your lesson having your OL sniped by that build a few times, of course.

The thing is, if you don't send OL to scout, you have to send out an early drone to compensate, and this also means you'd be playing in the dark for quite some time. And if Terran went standard FE, you'll be behind quite a bit.
Even if it's 9-pool against 7-rax, Terran will scout the 9-pool and simply play safe with a seal or a bunker followed immediately by FE.
