They can still hit the nexus, and they can definitely hit gateways, robotics facilities, etc. 2 hatch hydra wouldn't have been too late if Calm had went for that from the start. I'm pretty sure Pure saw no Lair. I'm a C+ Zerg and a C Protoss. LOL? A build being used once does not make it standard. Right, which is why it isn't called standard. The thing is that calm was significantly behind in econ vs what he would be if he hadn't gone for his 3rd and lost it. ie that's the advantage the succesful cannon attack gave. thus protoss was ahead. Pure somehow decided to get an archives first (??) instead of cannons anywhere and lost. He played bad and blew his advantage. | ||
