Help me troll my friend with a BBS

ihcob 23 Posts July 19 2017 13:30 GMT #1 Hi there, I've got a couple questions about the BBS cheese, specifically TvZ: what is the general strategy behind actually engaging the zerg with your small force? Questions I have are, for example: A) should I bring SCV's with my marines, and how many? B) Should I build an offensive bunker, and if so, where? And C) what should I be targeting with the marines? Natural hatch? Drones? Spawning Pool? Let's assume my opponent went 3 hatch with respect to these questions. Thanks for any help guys!

Navane Netherlands2751 Posts July 19 2017 15:07 GMT #2 If you're gonna troll, you should bring as much SCVs that you can pump marines out of 2 rax but nothing else; a true all in. With those SCVs you dont need a bunker, just roll over him. So for maximum cheese; BBS proxy w/ SCVs. http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/Barracks_Barracks_Supply_(vs._Zerg)

EsX_Raptor United States2802 Posts July 19 2017 17:39 GMT #3 You want to kill his Drones. BBS hits when Zerg has like 13 or so Drones. Your SCV are expendable; try to not lose Marines. An average Zerg will roflstomp this strat, tho.

kogeT Poland2042 Posts July 21 2017 15:29 GMT #11 Your BBS should be (you need to time your scvs to be in the central point of a map when you hit 150 minerals with 1st and 2nd rax) 8 rax 9 rax 9 depot you scout with each scv after it finished the barrack. Depending on what zerg plays: - vs 12 pool you gather as many marines before getting scouted and you fight with lings - vs 12 hath you bunker rush, but don't finish the bunker unless zerg starts fighting back with drones or w/e. If you end up with even economy (e.g you lost some, but he only has 7-8 drones) you can try and block his ramp and go for normal game (scout with 1 scv to see if he doesn't have extra expo) If you end up canceling his natural hath make sure to start making a bunker and putting pressure at his main base asap
