what? east has maybe 1 or 2bgh games and 2 or 3 fastest games at peak hours, everyone hacks, especially the people that host 1:1 games

I never seem to have trouble finding games.  Alt-J, esc and repeat! :D I am sort of in the same situation as you, pm if you're interested in some sessions.

My opponent was below bad, and he used a map hack...I loved how he decided to float hi cc away a few seconds before my scouting dt comes to check if he had a secret base...

Alright, all. I was able to clear up my AH and join the TL channel. I have been able to play a bunch of game so far(all TvZ) and I'm improving rapidly(able to keep my minerals below 4000!  ). I feel I am a solid D player, although I may be D-, I can't tell yet. Thank you everyone who helped me set that up/showed me where to go. I'll respond to individual posts:
Xenocide_Knight: I'd rather play on iccup, though. Now that I've got it working it's great! If you want to play games against me feel free(nick: Peterblue) but I would probably get rolled because I'm D.
SnipinPanda: Thank you.
Shinjin: I've been able to find decent competition, so at least not everyone's a smurf.
AfecksN: I've been working on the general playstyle rather than the actual builds, but I will focus more on the builds soon. Currently I'm just repeating 1 Rax FE TvZ, with denying the third. I'm mainly focusing on my macro/timings/muta defense.
Pholon: Already did.
Stratos: Sorry, I'm not looking for a clan at this point. I haven't even played 10 games of BW yet. However, I could definitely consider it in the near future, when I improve enough.

Elementsu: No thank you! I'm already getting stomped enough on NA as is.
Arb: I'm D. If that is about your skill level I'd love to(preferable TvZ).

Im actually C high, but that was a while back, ill be glad to ply TvZ against you or whatever matchup you desire though.

Thank you everyone for the help. If anyone reading this plays Zerg at a D/D- level I'd love to practice against you. If you are reading this and know TvZ at least somewhat decently, I would love to get some coaching from you, because I'm completely lost after the early midgame in this matchup(I don't know how to deal with lurkers or hive tech, because it's different from SCII). Thank you!
EDIT: Really, any practice partners I would be ecstatic to play against you. It can be for points or not, you can decide. I just want to improve my game.

Your best shot is to become friends with the people you play with, and practice with them more after game. You could try battle.net servers for low level games but i wouldn't recommend it cus almost everyone hacks.

Well, I played SCII quite a bit(about 1000 games total) and I was a solid mechanics player, which means that my mechanics in BW are not absolutely disgusting(as in I can keep my money below 4000 minerals/1000 gas for the midgame). Also, as I stated in the OP I did play BW a bit non-seriously(just against friends) and I did watch pro games a bit. I never really played seriously at all, though, which is what I'm trying to do right now.
EDIT: And in TvP/TvT, the games I played so far I was able to keep my money below 1700/500.
