When I play T vers Zergs, this usually happens:
When im out in the middle to play... He drops my base with ~4 lurks and a bunch of hydras..then he kills buildings and stuff and depots...and i have to go back home to defend, then i get big disadvantage.
I have like 2 turrets and a bunker in the base, but that doesnt really matter.
Do you know what to do if you think Z is going to drop? Ive seen in vods, gosu Z's almost never drops. Why is that?
thanks

depends on gosu zerg style though, ogogo uses drops a lot. usually bunker, a couple of turrets and a tank is enough to slow down the drop so that you can save your scvs in case of him hitting the mineral line. You can build lone turrets or supplies at the edges of your base to see when the drop is coming. Also you might not want to attack with all your forces and even if you do, you'll probably have more forces in your main that you have just produced to stop this buttfuckfest. There are situations when zerg has no other option to stop when you're pushing too hard but all attack comes at the cost of defence So basically bunk, tank, turrets is enough for delay, don't forget that the drops aren't free either

I think it helps rallying ur units in your main. And keep making them when u move out. So that you should have sufficient amount to stop that. Then you can proceed the attack with your big army and whipe him out if you survive the drop.
