when i play beyond a comfortable apm or when stressed my hands get cold and abit shaky... its probably due to stress. take a break after each game and dont push yourself too hard over a game. unless you're a progamer....

wash your hands with really warm water between games, so the blood keeps flowing, that usually helps ![]() or you could buy one of those fancy hand warmers, but i think it's a waste of money ![]()

You should do some minor physical excersizes with your hand (like pinching hard on something soft) every other day and you'll lose that problem totally. People that work out regularly don't often times have this problem. Let me state that I am currently not very physically active so I use this method aswell ![]() This and make sure you sit properly. Had this problem until just a while ago, but now everything's fine.

But another big reason is sometimes you get tense/nervous, and that makes it bit more pronouced. So i guess just stay relax and play the game? :D

Otherwise your blood will have a harder time to circulate through your hand, resulting deshydrated hands. Get a chair where you can rest your elbow on and don't get your keyboard way too high. Eventually cut those little "legs" below the keyboard.

Unless you're outside in the winter, there's honestly no excuse. Also, you probably have swine flu, so I'd get that checked out.

1. Are you nervous? If you feel tense, your hands will probably get cold. 2. Obviously, how cold is the air around the keyboard? Are there any air drafts? Maybe there's an air vent nearby? Dressing a bit warmer helps if the room is cold. 3. Try running your hands under warm water for a minute or so. 4. If you tried running warm water on your hands and your hands get cold very fast even though the room's not too cold, then your circulation might be a little bit weak. I know of a few solutions within the range of alternative medicine, but I think I'd be getting off-topic to discuss it here. Well, I think that's all I have to say...I'll edit if something comes up.
