You would use the in-game drawing function. All the functionality is there, its a matter of modifying it so that its alright drawing at higher resolutions (drawing more pixels at a time). Unfortunately, so much in SC is based on the 640x480 being a constant that its a *lot* to mess around with. Easiest way with windowed mode (I think) would be to take the output from the game and scale it using some scaling algorithm (a lot of emulators and such have that) but thats fairly cpu intensive and can result in some graphical glitches.

You can easily work around by yourself though to play it in higher resolution. You need: 5 internet connections, 5 computers, programming skills. 1) Connect the computers to bnet with different accounts. 2) start a 1on1 (obs) game from one of the computers. 3) make sure the other 4 computers gets the 4 observer slots. 4) Write a program that tracks where the screen is for the main computer, and make the four observing computers to view each one square of a 2 by 2 box. 5) send the image from the 4 observing computers to the main computer and have some other progrma paste them togheter to show them side by side. You should now be able to see 4 times normal resolution. 6) write another program to track your mouseclicks and to send them correctly, trough the main computers starcraft game, to control yuor army. Piece of cake. 5-10 minutes maybe.

Supposedly you can change the resolution of the game into 1280x1080 etc but I heard it's buggy and hard to use..

Whoever makes this gets instant fame, and possibly $$ if they manage to sell it to MBC/OGN/GOM.
