Bisu[Shield] is who made me go from a Starcraft spectator/casual to a Starcraft player.
He wowed me for 3 seasons straight, and left me sad as he slumped for 3 seasons straight.
Now, finally, Bisu is back on top. He's playing with fire in his eyes, and he's even rejuvenated his PvT as if to say, "This season won't be a repeat of me vs Mind."
Naturally, I've been excited about every win he's had since he first showed signs of being back in form, and I've gotten pissed at Stork for knocking Bisu (and basically his whole team) out of the OSL.
After the vs FBH set, I'm just sitting here waiting to see whether I'll get to watch Bisu stomp NaDa or free, so in the mean time, I'm looking at the stats for Bisu's next match:

A true fan never abandoned Bisu, even in his dire time! I am very glad to see him back on top - he brough me back to playing StarCraft with fire and passion with his iconic builds.

bisu should be able to win this msl. jangbi and kal aren't especially great at pvp, whereas bisu can push any pvp'er to the limit in a series. nada will have to play like his golden-mouse-winning self to beat him, and imo, free only has a slightly better chance than kal and jangbi to win.

Yea there are fans like that for every player but it just seems to me that there are far many more of those types in the Bisu corner than for anyone else.

I'm cheering for Calm on this one. It's going to easily be the hardest/biggest series of his career (at least I think), but he's been doing really good this season. And let's not forget that THE ZvP god July has been helping him train for this series for a bit.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. July does seem to dislike Bisu and maybe that's motivation enough to let Calm in on some ZvP secrets.

I love calm and have always admired his style and the games be produced. Even in losses he has always produced nice games. Unlike Jaedong type of styles, he has more of a macro heavy / sAviOresk play style. But lately he hasn't looked the game and has been dropping a lot of games while not producing the nice games he used to. His play looks sloppy and as the op said, "Bisu is on fire right now". I expect Bisu to take this one but hope for some GG's in the process :D

He has the most brutal and effective pvz style ever, and I absolutely loved him when he crushed savior off his pedestal. He's just an explosive player overall. Risky, fickle, and abusive, unlike stork or similar contemporaries.
And I never really saw his PvT to be particularly weak as everyone kept on ranting about, his PvT can crush pretty much anyone 2nd-3rd tier and can go about 50/50 with the best TvP'ers, he is no slouch in that mu at all. Although I must admit his losses vs Casy and other similar opponents were just fucked up losses that should be discredited.

Bisu really showed a different side to the matchup by the FE build and then going dual tech because eco kicks in fast.
But how about nal_rA, he has the highest ELO against Zerg but used standards plays.

Maybe I'm wrong but JangBi did nothing to prove it against Kal. Despite the fact that free played somewhat unfocused and in general badly the series were much better in comparison with Kal/JangBi. My point is, good for JB for being able to pull a large army from his pants with 8 gateways and turn the tables in the games against Kal, but I seriously doubt Bisu will allow it to happen in the finals. And what should JB prepare for? Bisu showed such a large variety of build orders and openings, he is unpredictable. JangBi should sit down this week and train like mad with Stork. Some of Much's tips should be welcome for him as well

I think that he is, but regardless. I think that Jangbi has a good chance to win if he plays the games of his life and dosen't choke. He seems to have managed to shake off his nerves for this msl, which makes me hope that he has a chance.
That being said, Bisu had his savior face on against free, and free had the stork face on after game 1. Bisu has been looking amazing in all of his recent games, and free? he was looking amazing as well, but he got crushed.
I think bisu > jangbi in 5, but it's going to be because bisu's going to play like a champion, while jangbi is going to play like like someone who has practiced like a madman; it's not going to be enough.

I really hope Bisu wipes the floor with Jangbi's face to truly mark his return. He's on an incredible streak right now, but it'll all mean nothing if he doesn't walk away with the medal, and (heaven forbid) it could lead to another slump
