I put chaoslauncher and its plugins into a completely different folder. Putting the files in the folder C:/Program Files/chaoslauncher will work, but putting the files simply into C:/Program Files will not work. Then leave the advloader plugins in its original place at Starcraft/Plugins also some plugins will conflict with each other http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=65196 | ||

1) download and install adv loader 2) then open up adv loader 3) once its open close it 4) then you can go check your chaos launcher and you will have all the plug in for adv loader 5) uninstall adv loader so you wont get any viruses **NOTE** DO NOT OPEN ADV LOADER AND START STRACRAFT, it may give you a virus i think | ||

I switched to Chaos a few weeks ago and at first I had some problems with conflicting plugins. Then I got them all to work. All the sudden it randomly stopped working, sometimes it'll let me check /last but most of the time I can't. It might be only for the first time for the first game or something. I tried putting all the plugins with CL and all its plugins in a non sc folder. I tried putting CL and plugins in the ADVloader folder within the sc folder. I tried deleting all the plugins except the CL ones and the advbnet one. Right now I have a separate place for chaos and the core plugins from the chaos thread: APMAlert -disabled Chaosplugin cpusavior LatencyChanger ReplaySlotmaker wmode -disabled And in the SC/plugin folder I have: AdvBnet APMLive ColorCorrector -disabled Hotkey_Selector ObsMode RepWithTxt StatInfo Right now its working.. PS- dunno if this matters (it shouldn't), but I put some other sound effects in the folders for some of the alerts and renamed them to what the ones I deleted were (the ones you guys picked are god awful, lol). | ||

This can be the case if it finds some AdvLoader plugins in its own directory and in the Starcraft\Plugins directory. This also implies that Chaoslauncher should not be put directly in the SC directory, but in a subfolder or its own folder. I don't think AdvLoader contains any virii. Perhaps his website/one of his advertisement partners is infected, or it is just a false alarm by the scanners. | ||

I have my IE settings to either disable some Active X controls or Prompt me when they try and run. As soon as I run it I hear the 'click', 'click' like when you go to a new page or back/forth in folders. After a minute or so of running ADVLoader it would alt tab my sc and ask me if I wanted to run some shit. I would always tell it no so nothing bad happened. Dunno why the program would run stuff like this (unless maybe the autoupdate was doing it?, I usually turn autoupdates off though). | ||

It seems like APMLive averages out the APM throughout the whole game while APMAlert gives you your current APM. I just wish APMAlert worked in replays. =/ | ||

so now what ive done is re-download the newest version of chaos, and i know now that there is somehow a plugin(s) so u can see your apm live, and also an obs mode plugin. id really love to have this in my chaos launcher, but i really dont know how to work it :/ so far i have taken from the plugin folder these files: "APMlive.bwp , hotkey_selector.bwp , obsmode.bwp " and put them into my chaos launcher folder. is this correct? or is there anything else i should do.. like copy over the config files also? plz help!! | ||

"lesen von adress 00000020" and then a few "lesen von adresse 00000000" after im clicking OK however the launcher still does work ok, and when i tested it in game vs computer i got apm live, and lan lat worked on bnet. i havnt tested obs mode, but that isnt listed in the plugins tab. is this correct? | ||

so like i say, on the chaos control panel / w.e u can call it, i get plugins, but unfortunatly, no obs mode, so if anyone can tell me what to do id be gratefull. ive tried taking the obsmode.bwp file from the plugin folder in my bw directory, and putting it into the chaos folder, but nothing. everything else works perfectly | ||

 . i hear everyone talking about apm and whatnot and i dont have a single clue what mine is so im trying to download something that will tell me what it is. if someone could lead me to a application like adv loader or whatever that has an apm live without viruses that runs on 1.15.3 that would be great!!! oh and i dont care about the other fancy things, i just wanna get a sense of what my apm is. i wouldnt kno what to do with the other stuff anyway  | ||
