I enjoyed the show. Nice commentators and a great player. Thanks to everybody who makes this possible.
The only thing I wished is that there would have been a second game between Xiaozi and Sushi.
I mean he was with Terran good too but the difference to his main was obvious and it seemed to me he tried something unorthodox with setting mines everywhere over the middle and trying to kill the obs with wraiths. So I can understand when it was a bit disappointing to him at the end.
Generally in my opinion I would say when that many people in irc and channel are recommending the opponent to be a good player he deserves the chance to play vs the main race of the guest without must have specials or new crazy things.

The show was great, watched it for the first time. The commentators did an amazing job, the stream quality was impeccable, I was even able to play CS 1.6 while watching it.

I love his unorthodox builds; very entertaining to watch.
And personally, I think tl attack should scrap the current team melee team. yes, theyre good - too good, really. it would be more fun watching our pro slaughter a less cohesive team than one thats already got their thing down. Or at least thatll allow for another 1;1. then again, i guess the argument for keeping them is to see the pro play at their highest levels (despite the stream and bnet lag)

Yes, loved to see the team melee thing, with that particular team, very good show there.
I also loved the no-lag stream, and commentatos were perfect.
Keep it up !

Great episode, as always. Team Melee seems like a very fun mode, I hope it is in SC2.

Yeah, I wasn't sure whether he was a smurf or not since he had moments of terrific play and then flopped at moments. Are you sure it's him?
|
Id like to say it wasnt jf, since there were a few errors that costed him that game, but then again, xiaozi did open with 3hatch mutas, which probably surprised everyone

The hotkeys seem to match up too, but I have no idea what I'm doing with that (I just do it by sight )

best episode so far - thx 4 the show teamliquid and XiaoZi pew pew

Xiaozi seems really mannered. I really liked his modest demeanor. After watching some other foreign events, I was really disappointed in the horrible attitudes of some of the participants. Xiaozi definitely gained fans with his nice and mannered showing.

Is there a way to view the team melee replay?

It's the best part, it gives the pro a real challenge with their main race and an actual chance to lose.

i think the team melee gives a nice (albeit unrealistic) blueprint of how to beat a top foreigner
all you have to do is create on team melee, and right before you go sneak in two of your friends on your team, sneak in an observer on his team, have the observer broadcast to a live stream so you can see what he's doing, and hope he doesn't notice all this
