He did beat Flash in two finals, meanwhile the only final Fantasy ever won was vs Stork. I do remember Flash loosing to Fantasy in the final OSL though, but that was a super close series. Also remember that it was Bisu who denied Flash at the very end of Proleague, not Fantasy. I never really though of Fantasy as a Flash killer and given that Flash came back in the ASL era by winning 3 in a row, I'm not sure Fantasy would have actually replaced Flash as the #1 Terran if the Kespa era had gone on. Flash still won the final MSL and went on an insane wining streak during the last Proleague season, while Fantasy was busy getting Jangbang'd in back to back OSL finals.

Couldn't be further from the truth; I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you mixed it up with some other series and that this isn't just blatant revisionism for the sake of supporting your beliefs. It was actually a fairly brutal 3-0 stomp, where Fantasy was doing things in TvT that seemed pretty revolutionary at the time. I don't recall it ever feeling like Flash was ahead, in any game of the series. Actually, Fantasy also beat Flash in this Proleague finals, which is what allowed for an ace match victory for Bisu/SKT in the first place, as the series would have been 2-4 otherwise. While it may be a stretch to call him a certified "Flash-killer" based on just these games, it definitely felt like it was trending towards that given how emphatic the 3-0 series win was, and given that he was 4-1 against Flash after the 2010 Bigfile MSL. Furthermore, Fantasy was just behind Flash in that season of Proleague as the #2 player, having 2 less games played. So, while he may not have been undeniably destined to replace Flash as #1, I don't think it's outside of the realm of imagination either, Jangbang or not. Further-furthermore, Fantasy technically was #1 at the end of the KeSPA era, above Bisu and Flash at #2 and #3 respectively, with Jangbi coming in at #4: https://tl.net/tlpd/korean/players On the topic of Jangbanging, even though Flash's 6-5 record against him is certainly better than Fantasy's 8-11, the only BoX series which Flash had with Jangbi was a 1-2 loss. Of course, we will never know, but in an alternate universe where Flash didn't get knocked out by Fantasy and Jangbi in the earlier rounds, it could have been Flash who got Jangbanged twice. Given all of the above, I don't find the Jangbangening to be as big of a mark on Fantasy's late KeSPA era potential as you make it out to be.

What's crazy to believe is that his TvP is so predictable, Factory>Starport>Vulture harrass but it's so effective. He is like the Snow, but for Terran. Both players develop their style around air transport play and both are the best at it. More than anyone I HOPE for Fantasy's return.

Everyone else, including God of Terran, is kind of very text book ABC123 type players. Sharp has a similar style but when you compare the 2 players, you can SEE the virtuosity of Fantasy whereas Sharp is very mechanical. But he still need to fine tune his decision making. Also when Fantasy came back in 2023 to play the Saudi tournament, he actually used a lot less dropship in most of the ladder reps I have seen from him during his half year ladder spam prep. He still used it, but it was less centric. I'd say Noel/1227 is the present day dropship man.
